Pengaruh Peran Anggota Terhadap Ketercapaian Fungsi Kelompok Pada Kelompok Tani Maju dan Kelompok Tani Belum Maju Di Kabupaten Magelang

Peran anggota kelompok yang dimiliki oleh kelompok dapat memepengaruhi kelompok dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya sesuai dengan fungsi kelompok, sehingga dapat memengaruhi kelompok dalam meraih pencapaian kelompok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran anggota pada kelompok tani maju, terhadap mencapai fungsi kelompok tani sebagai unit belajar, kerjasama, produksi, dan usaha; dan untuk mengetahui peran anggota pada kelompok tani yang belum maju, terhadap ketercapaian fungsi kelompok tani sebagai unit belajar, kerjasama, produksi, dan usaha. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif secara survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu dengan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk pemilihan responden pada masing-masing kelompok, dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel pada setiap kelompok yaitu sebanyak 35 orang. Pada penelitian ini data dianalisis dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan hasil bahwa peran anggota pada kelompok tani maju yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketercapaian fungsi kelompok tani yaitu task role. Ketercapaian fungsi kelompok tani maju termasuk dalam kategori sering sehingga semakin tinggi peran anggota task role maka ketercapaian fungsi kelompok pada kelompok tani maju semakin tinggi. Kemudian untuk kelompok tani belum maju, peran anggota yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketercapaian fungsi kelompok tani yaitu maintenance role. Ketercapaian fungsi kelompok tani belum maju termasuk dalam kategori jarang sehingga kelompok masih jarang berfungsi sebagai unit belajar, kerjasama, produksi, dan usaha. Sehingga didapatkan hubungan yang terjadi yakni semakin tinggi maintenance role maka ketercapaian fungsi kelompok semakin tinggi.

Members role on a group can influence the group in carrying out its activities in accordance with the function of the group, so that it can influence the group in achieving the group milestones. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of members in advanced farmer group, towards achieving the function of farmer group as units of learning, cooperation, production, and business; and to find out the role of members in developing farmer group, to the achievement of the function of farmer group as a unit of learning, cooperation, production, and business. The method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative approach by survey. The sampling technique used are the purposive sampling technique. The selection of respondent in each group was carried out with simple random sampling technique. The number of samples in each group was 35 people. In this research the data are analyzed with multiple linear regression tests. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is found that the role of members in the advanced farmer group has a significant effect on the achievement of the function of the farmer group, namely the task role. The achievement of function from the advanced farmer group is included in the frequent category so that the higher the role of the task role members, the higher the achievement of the group function in the advanced farmer group. Then for the developing farmer group, the role of members that has a significant influence on the achievement of the function from the farmer group is the maintenance role. The achievement of function from the developing farmer group is included in the rare category which means the group still rarely functions as a unit of learning, cooperation, production, and business. The relationship that occurs is that the higher the maintenance role, the higher the achievement of group functions.
