Pemetaan Sektor Unggulan dan Jumlah Penduduk di Kota Surakarta

Pembangunan wilayah dalam aspek ekonomi menjadi salah satu terobosan pemerintah daerah dalam melakukan realisasi asas otonomi daerah dan peranan pemerintah sebagai fasilitator daerah kepada masyarakat. Pemerintah daerah perlu meninjau keberadaan sektor unggulan yang dinilai mampu menunjang pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Kota Surakarta merupakan wilayah perkotaan yang memiliki wilayah kurang dari 50 km2 dan memiliki peningkatan nilai PDRB ADHK menurut Lapangan Usaha pada tahun 2021. Peningkatan ini perlu ditinjau kembali seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah penduduk di Kota Surakarta dan melihat sektor unggulan baik di wilayah masing-masing kecamatan maupun di wilayah Kota Surakarta secara agregat. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi sektor unggulan di Kota Surakarta berdasarkan nilai PDRB ADHK menurut Lapangan Usaha dari tahun 2010 sampai 2021 dengan menggunakan berbagai metode analisis data, antara lain Analisis Tipologi Klassen, Analisis Location Quotient (LQ), Shift-Share Analysis, MRP, dan Overlay Analysis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memiliki maksud untuk mengetahui komposisi kependudukan masyarakat Kota Surakarta dengan metode analisis komposisi kependudukan, yang menghasilkan gaya piramida penduduk Kota Surakarta tahun 2004 dan tahun 2021, serta rumus trendline untuk meramalkan jumlah penduduk yaitu y=131,71x2 - 1244,9x + 505832. Hasil dari penelitian ini merangkum sebaran sektor Real Estate dan sektor Jasa Pendidikan di Kota Surakarta, sebaran kegiatan dominasi yang terjadi di setiap kecamatan, dan keterkaitan kegiatan dominasi dengan pertumbuhan penduduk di lingkungan Kota Surakarta.

Regional development in the economic aspect is one of the breakthroughs of local governments in realizing the principle of regional autonomy and the role of the government as a regional facilitator to the community. Local governments need to review the existence of leading sectors that are considered capable of supporting regional economic growth and development. Surakarta is an urban area that has an area of less than 50 km2 and has an increase in the value of Gross Regional Domestic at constant market price by industrial origin in 2021. This increase needs to be reviewed in line with the increase in the number of residents in Surakarta. Moreover, there is need to identify the leading sectors, both in the region of each sub-district and in the Surakarta City area in the aggregate. This study aims to determine the condition of the leading sector in Surakarta based on the value of Gross Regional Domestic Product at constant market price by industrial regional from 2010 to 2021 using various data analysis methods, namely Klassen Typology Analysis, Location Quotient (LQ) Analysis, Shift-Share Analysis, MRP, and Overlay Analysis. In addition, this study also has the intention of determining the population composition of the people of Surakarta with the population composition analysis method, which resulted in the pyramid style of the residents of Surakarta City in 2004 and 2021, as well as the trendline formula for predicting the number of residents, namely y = 131.71x2 - 1244.9x + 505832. The result of this study summarizes the distribution of the Real Estate sector and the Education Services sector in Surakarta, the distribution of domination activities that occur in each sub-district, and the relationship between domination activities and population growth in Surakarta.
