PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI ANDROID MONITORING PROGRES OVERHAUL APMON-PRO PT PJB UBJOM KALTIM TELUK

PT PJB UBJOM Kaltim Teluk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyuplai listrik. Setiap tahunnya, PT PJB melaksanakan kegiatan yang kegiatan rutin berupa perawatan dan pencegahan terjadwal untuk meningkatkan kinerja dari unit yang disebut dengan overhaul. Proses overhaul yang berjalan saat ini yaitu dimulai dari planner yang mengatur jadwal overhaul secara keseluruhan, kemudian disetujui oleh bagian K3 dan PTW. Setelah disetujui, teknisi mengisi laporan masing-masing work task di kertas laporan. Laporan tersebut kemudian akan ditinjau oleh pihak-pihak terkait. Dari proses overhaul yang ada saat ini, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang muncul. Mulai dari dokumen laporan yang hilang atau tercecer, pengerjaan overhaul yang kurang terpantau oleh stakeholder, hingga ketidaksesuaian jadwal pekerjaan dengan pekerjaan yang ada di lapangan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka dibutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat mengatur manajemen serta mengakomodasi laporan dan dokumentasi selama proses overhaul. Aplikasi bertujuan untuk membantu pemantauan proses overhaul secara keseluruhan dan memanajemen segala jenis pelaporan dan persetujuan. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat Aplikasi Android Monitoring Progres Overhaul (APMON-PRO) yang akan digunakan oleh semua pihak yang terlibat selama proses overhaul. Aplikasi ini dibangun dan dikembangkan dengan metode Agile dan framework Scrum. Pembuatan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses overhaul, terutama untuk pemantauan dan pelaporan.

PT PJB UBJOM Kaltim Teluk is a company engaged in the electricity supply sector. Every year, PT PJB carries out routine activities in the form of scheduled maintenance and prevention to improve the performance of the unit called overhaul. The current overhaul process starts with a planner who manages overall of overhaul schedule, then approved by the K3 and PTW sections. Once approved, the technician fills out a report for each work task on a report paper. The report will then be reviewed by the relevant parties. From the overhaul process that has been described, there are several problems that arise. Starting from missing or scattered report documents, overhaul work that isn�t monitored by stakeholders, to the incompatibility of the work schedule with the work in the field. Based on the existing problems, an application that can manage management is needed and to accommodate reports and documentation during the overhaul process. The application aims to help monitor the overall overhaul process and manage all kinds of reporting and approvals. Therefore, the authors created an Android Overhaul Progress Monitoring Application (APMON-PRO) which will be used by the parties involved during the overhaul process. This application is built and developed using Agile methods and the Scrum framework. Making this application is expected to facilitate the overhaul process at PT PJB, especially for monitoring and reporting.
