KONTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN USAHA TERNAK SAPI POTONG TERHADAP PENDAPATAN USAHATANI KESELURUHAN DI KELOMPOK TERNAK SIDOMAKMUR CANGKRINGAN

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk identifikasi biaya, penerimaan aktivitas usahatani ternak sapi potong, tanaman pertanian, dan analisis net farm income dari aktivitas usahatani keseluruhan serta kontribusi usaha sapi potong terhadap net farm income. Lokasi penelitian yaitu pada Kelompok Ternak Sidomakmur, Kecamatan Cangkringan, Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2022. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah semua peternak sejumlah 20 orang yang tergabung dalam kelompok ternak Sidomakmur. Pengumpulan data dengan metode survei melaui wawancara langsung kepada responden menggunakan bantuan kuesioner yang telah dipersiapkan sebelumnya. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan melakukan coding, editing dan tabulasi. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara deskriptif mengunakan analisis tabel dan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis Whole Farm Budgeting. Analisisis kontribusi dihitung berdasarkan persen pendapatan dari usaha sapi potong terhadap net farm income. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata jumlah pemeliharaan sapi potong yaitu 2,45 UT/peternak, luas lahan pertanian 1.965 m2 dan dengan jumlah tenaga kerja 1,9 orang kerja. Diperoleh nilai net farm income usaha sapi potong sebesar Rp6.408.759 per peternak/tahun. Nilai net farm income keseluruhan usaha pertanian-peternakan sapi potong sebesar Rp29.412.259 per peternak/tahun atau rata-rata Rp2.451.021 per bulan. Dibandingkan dengan UMR di lokasi penelitian tahun 2022 yaitu Rp2.001.000 maka petani-peternak kelompok Sidomakmur telah memperoleh net farm income diatas UMR. Besarnya nilai kontribusi pendapatan usaha ternak sapi potong terhadap usaha pertanian-peternakan keseluruhan yaitu sebesar 28%.

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying costs, revenue from beef cattle farming activities, agricultural crops, and analysis of net farm income from overall farming activities and the contribution of beef cattle business to net farm income. The research location is the Sidomakmur Cattle Group, Cangkringan District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. Data collection was carried out in February 2022. Respondents in this study were all 20 farmers who were members of the Sidomakmur livestock group. Data was collected using a survey method through direct interviews with respondents using the help of a previously prepared questionnaire. The data obtained is processed by coding, editing and tabulation. The data were analyzed descriptively using table analysis and quantitatively using Whole Farm Budgeting analysis. Contribution analysis is calculated based on the percentage of income from beef cattle business to net farm income. Based on the results of the study showed that the average number of beef cattle rearing was 2.45 UT/breeder, the area of agricultural land was 1,965 m2 and with a workforce of 1.5 people. The net farm income value of beef cattle business is IDR 6,408,759 per farmer/year. Net farm income value of the whole farming-beef cattle business is IDR 29,412,259 per farmer/year or an average of IDR 2,451,021 per month. Compared to the UMR at the research location in 2022, which is IDR 2,01,000, the Sidomakmur group farmers have obtained net farm income above the UMR. The value of the contribution of beef cattle business income to the overall farm-livestock business is 28%.
