Latar Belakang : Kanker serviks merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan pada wanita di Indonesia maupun di dunia. Angka kematian dari kanker serviks di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi. Kanker serviks menduduki peringkat kedua kanker terbanyak pada wanita di Indonesia tahun 2020.Tingginya kasus kanker serviks menjadikan pengobatan kanker serviks sebagai hal yang penting untuk mencegah progresivitas dari kanker dan menurunkan angka kematian akibat kanker serviks. Peran radioterapi dalam pengobatan kanker serviks cukup penting. Kombinasi radioterapi dan kemoterapi menjadi pengobatan definitif pada kanker serviks stadium lanjut. Tujuan : Mengetahui profil pasien dan tatalaksana kanker serviks di Unit Radioterapi Departemen Radiologi RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta pada tahun 2020. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional deskriptif retrospektif berdasarkan data sekunder berupa rekam medis pasien kanker serviks di Unit Radioterapi Departemen Radiologi RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta tahun 2020. Sampel diambil dengan teknik time limit sampling. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS dengan analisis descriptive statistics. Hasil dan kesimpulan: Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan sebanyak 77 sampel. Rata-rata usia terdiagnosis kanker serviks adalah 54,44 tahun. Golongan usia paling banyak terdiagnosis kanker serviks yaitu diatas 55 tahun. Kanker serviks paling banyak terdiagnosis pada stadium lanjut (staidum IIB sampai IVB), terutama paling banyak terdiagnosis pada stadium IIIB. Klasifikasi histologi pada kanker serviks paling banyak pada penelitian ini adalah adalah tipe Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Rentang dosis EBRT yang diberikan untuk tatalaksana kanker serviks pada penelitian ini yaitu 45-51 Gy, diberikan dalam 23-25 fraksi. Overall treatment time EBRT yaitu 35 hari atau 5 minggu. Rentang dosis brakiterapi yang diberikan pada pasien kanker serviks pada penelitian ini adalah 17-28Gy dengan fraksinasi 2-4 kali.

Background : Cervical cancer is one of the health problems in women in Indonesia and in the world. The number of death rate from cervical cancer in Indonesia is still quite high. Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer in women in Indonesia in 2020. The high number of cervical cancer cases makes the treatment of cervical cancer important to prevent cancer progression and reduce mortality from cervical cancer. The role of radiotherapy in cervical cancer treatment is important. The combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy (Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy or CCRT) is the definitive treatment for advanced cervical cancer. Objective : Knowing the patient profile and cervical cancer management at Radiotherapy Unit of Radiology Department RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta Methods : This study is a restrospective descriptive observasional study based in secondary data in the form of medical records of cervical cancer patients at Radiotherapy Unit of Radiology Department RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta in 2020. The sample was taken using a time limit sampling. The data was analyzed using SPSS with descriptive statistical analysis. Results and conclusions : From the results of the research that has been done, obtained as many as 77 samples. The average age of cervical cancer patient is 54,44 years old. Cervical cancer patient is mostly diagnosed at advanced stage (stage IIB to IVB), mostly at stage IIIB. The most common histological classification of cervical cancer in this study is the type of Squamous Cell Carcinoma. The dosage range of EBRT given for the treatment of cervical cancer in this study is 45-51 Gy, with fractionations 23-25 times. The overall treatment time of EBRT is 35 days or 5 weeks. The dosage range of brachytherapy given to cervical cancer patients in this study is 17-28 Gy, with fractionations 2-4 times.
