AKSEPTASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT (SIMRS) DI RSGM IIK BHAKTI WIYATA KEDIRI DENGAN METODE UTAUT

Latar Belakang : Upaya strategis perlu dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi yang mendukung layanan kesehatan sesuai perkembangan teknologi. Penyelenggara kesehatan harus memiliki sistem teritegrasi yang mampu mengelola, menyimpan dan memproses data menjadi informasi. Faktor utama yang menentukan penerimaan sistem informasi adalah SDM. Sistem informasi perlu dievaluasi salah satunya dengan metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Tujuan : Berkontribusi meningkatkan kualitas SIMRS dengan menilai akseptasi SIMRS di RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri Metode : Studi kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian pengguna SIMRS. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Februari - Maret 2022 di RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara yang dianalisis dengan teknik naratif. Hasil : SIMRS hanya mampu menunjang fungsi administrasi dan keuangan. SIMRS mudah digunakan dan memiliki fitur yang jelas. Kebijakan pimpinan masih belum terlihat karena banyak pengguna tidak mengetahui kewajiban melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan pelayanannya ke dalam SIMRS. Sosialisasi penggunaan SIMRS masih kurang, pengguna tidak memahami manfaat dan cara membuat pelaporan bersumber dari SIMRS. Ada informan yang tidak memiliki niat menggunakan SIMRS dan banyak pengguna menyatakan bersedia menggunakan SIMRS dengan beberapa perbaikan. Kesimpulan : Pada prinsipnya SIMRS diterima dengan baik oleh sebagian besar pengguna, akan tetapi penggunaannya belum optimal dan memerlukan beberapa perbaikan dengan melibatkan pengguna dan manajemen.

Background : Strategic efforts need to be made to provide information that supports health services according to technological developments. Health providers must have an integrated system capable of managing, storing and processing data into information. The main factor that determines the acceptance of information systems is HR. Information systems need to be evaluated, one of which is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method. Purpose : Contribute to enhancing the quality of HMIS by assessing HMIS acceptance at RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri Method : A qualitative study with research subjects HMIS users. The research was conducted in February - March 2022 at RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Data were obtained through observation and interviews which were analyzed using narrative techniques. Result : HMIS is only able to support administrative and financial functions. HMIS is easy to use and has clear features. The leadership policy is yet not visible because many users do not know the obligation to record and report their services to HMIS. Socialization of the use of HMIS is still lacking, users do not understand the benefits and how to make reports sourced from HMIS. Some informants have no intention of using HMIS and many users stated that they are willing to use HMIS with some improvements. Conclusion : In principle, HMIS is well accepted by most users, but its use has not been optimal and requires some improvements by involving users and management.
