PURWOREJO HEROES STORY: PERANCANGAN PAKET WISATA EDUKASI BERBASIS SEJARAH PAHLAWAN NASIONAL DI KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

Pandemi Covid-19 yang mewabah di dunia pada tahun 2020 telah merubah tren berwisata dari mass tourism menjadi special interest tourism. Salah satu jenis special interest tourism adalah wisata sejarah. Wisata sejarah merupakan jenis wisata yang berorientasi pada objek-objek atau benda-benda peninggalan sejarah. Kabupaten Purworejo telah resmi menyandang sebutan sebagai Kota Pejuang pada tahun 2018 dikarenakan banyak lahir Pahlawan Nasional di kota ini, diantaranya W.R. Soepratman, Jenderal Ahmad Yani, Letnan Jenderal TNI Sarwo Edhie Wibowo, Jenderal Oerip Soemohardjo, dan Kasman Singodemejo. Kabupaten Purworejo memiliki beberapa bangunan sejarah untuk mengenang pahlawan nasional diantaranya Memorial House W.R Soepratman, Monumen Jenderal Ahmad Yani, Monumen Jenderal Oerip Soemohardjo, dan juga makam Sarwo Edi Wibowo. Proyek Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur attraction, accessibilities, amenities, dan ancillary dalam paket wisata Purworejo Heroes Story, serta merancang paket wisata edukasi Purworejo Heroes Story. Proyek akhir ini disusun dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung, wawancara terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur, serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa paket wisata full day tour dengan objek yang dikunjungi yaitu Memorial House W.R Soepratman dan makam Sarwo Edi Wibowo serta paket wisata two days tour dengan objek yang dikunjungi yaitu rumah masa kecil Jenderal Oerip Soemohardjo, Memorial House W.R Soepratman, Monumen Jenderal Ahmad Yani, dan juga makam Sarwo Edi Wibowo. Rute perjalanan dalam paket wisata Purworejo Heroes Story akan melintasi Jalan Kasman Singodimejo di Desa Clapar, Kecamatan Bagelen.

Pandemic Covid-19 outbreak in 2020 has changed tourist trend from mass tourism to special interest tourism. One kind of special interest tourism is historical tourism. Historical tourism is a type of tour its oriented to objects or relics. Purworejo Regency officially adopted the title of fighter city in 2018. The mention of this fighter city is due to many of the born National Heroes in Indonesia they are W.R. Soepratman, Jenderal Ahmad Yani, Letnan Jenderal TNI Sarwo Edhie Wibowo, Jenderal Oerip Soemohardjo, and Kasman Singodimejo. In Purworejo Regency there are several historical building to remember the National Heroes Story who was born in Purworejo among the Memorial House W.R Soepratman, Jenderal Ahmad Yani Monument, Jenderal Oerip Soemohardjo Monument, and the grave of Sarwo Edi Wibowo. The purpose of this final project is to identify elements of attraction, accessibilities, amenities, and ancillary for Purworejo Heroes Story tour package, and create the educational tour package of Purworejo Heroes Story. This final project was researched by qualitative method, the needed data were obtained by direct observation, structured and unstructured interviews, and documentation. The outcome from this research is full day tour package with visiting objects at Memorial House W.R Soepratman and grave of Sarwo Edi Wibowo and two days tour package with visiting objects at Jenderal Oerip Soemohardjo childhood home, Memorial House W.R Soepratman, Jenderal Ahmad Yani onument, and the grave of Sarwo Edi Wibowo. Purworejo Heroes Story route will be passing through Kasman Singodimejo street in Clapar Village, Bagelen sub-distric.
