Gambaran Karakteristik dan Identifikasi Kualitas Informasi Suplemen Vitamin D3 yang Disajikan Melalui E-Commerce di Indonesia

2022 | Skripsi | S1 FARMASIPada era digital saat ini, transaksi jual beli obat melalui situs e-commerce sudah lumrah dilakukan oleh masyarakat sehingga sulit untuk mengontrol kelengkapan karakteristik obat dan kesesuaian kualitas informasi obat yang diberikan untuk konsumen yang melakukan swamedikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran karakteristik dan kualitas informasi vitamin D3 yang disajikan melalui e-commerce di Indonesia. Gambaran karakteristik obat ditinjau dari jumlah produk, merek produk, bentuk sediaan, dan kandungan suplemen (tunggal atau campuran). Kualitas informasi obat ditinjau dari konten informasi obat, tingkat keterbacaan informasi dan fungsi situs. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional yang bersifat deskriptif evaluatif. Populasi penelitian adalah e-commerce di Indonesia (Tokopedia, Shopee, Farmaku.com, dan k24klik.com). Sampel diambil secara purposif dan diamati gambaran karakteristik obat dan sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dievaluasi kualitas konten informasi obat menggunakan instrumen Svarstad yang dimodifikasi dengan CMI Medicinewise (2015) dan BPOM RI (2021), keterbacaan informasi obat dievaluasi menggunakan The Gunning Fog Test, dan evaluasi fungsi situs diamati menggunakan empat kriteria evaluation of website functionality. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan SPSS v25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah suplemen vitamin D3 sebanyak 176 produk. Suplemen vitamin D3 bermerek lebih banyak dibanding generik dengan nilai sebesar 98,86%, bentuk sediaan suplemen vitamin D3 yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah softgel, dan suplemen vitamin D3 dengan kandungan tunggal lebih banyak dibandingkan campuran dengan nilai sebesar 90,91%. Kualitas konten informasi suplemen vitamin D3 yang diteliti memiliki nilai sebesar 36,27%, nilai rata-rata tingkat keterbacaan informasi suplemen vitamin D3 sebesar 16,87 setara dengan senior college, dan hasil evaluasi fungsi situs menunjukkan bahwa keempat situs e-commerce yang diteliti memiliki fitur yang kurang lengkap karena hanya menyajikan fitur "Tanyakan Apoteker atau Penjual" dari keempat fitur yang diamati.
In today's digital era, drug-buying transactions through e-commerce websites are commonly conducted by the public, and it is difficult to control the complements of drug characteristics and the quality of drug information given to the consumers who perform self-medication. The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics and quality of vitamin D3 medicine information that was presented through e-commerce in Indonesia. The description of drug characteristics is reviewed by the number of drugs, brand or generic names, dosage forms, and the active ingredients of drugs (single or mixed). The quality of drug information is reviewed based on the content of drug information, the readability level of drug information, and sites functionatlity. This study uses a descriptive evaluative cross-sectional method. The population of the study consists of four e-commerce sites in Indonesia (Tokopedia, Shopee, Farmaku.com, and k24klik.com). Samples from this study were taken purposively and observed for drug characteristics including the number of drugs, brand or generic names, dosage form, and the active ingredients of drugs (single or mixed). The samples that meet the criteria of inclusion and exclusion were assessed for the quality of drug information using the modified Svarstad instrument with CMI Medicinewise (2015) and BPOM RI (2021). Drug information readability was assessed using the Gunning Fog Test, and the evaluation of sites functionality was observed using four evaluations of website functionality criteria. Data analysis was done descriptively using SPSS v25. The result of this study showed that the number of vitamin D3 supplements was 176 products. The percentage of branded vitamin D3 supplements was higher than generic with a value of 98.86%. The most common form of vitamin d3 supplements was softgel. The percentage of vitamin D3 supplements with one active ingredient was higher than vitamin D3 supplements with combined active ingredient with a value of 90.91%. The quality of vitamin D3 supplements information content was 36.27%, the average value of the vitamin D3 supplements information readability level was 16.87, which is equal to senior college, and the evaluation of site functionality showed that four assessed websites were incomplete because they only have the "Ask a Pharmacist or Seller" feature of the four observed features.
