PREDIKSI PERUBAHAN LUAS LAHAN SAWAH DAN PRODUKSI PADI DI KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

Jumlah produksi padi pada beberapa wilayah di Indonesia telah mengalami penurunan yang salah satunya terjadi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Provinsi Jawa Tengah merupakan provinsi dengan produksi beras tertinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Purworejo karena adanya proyek pembuatan bendungan dan isu-isu mengenai pengembangan sektor pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksikan kondisi luas lahan sawah dan produksi padi pada masa yang akan datang. Hal ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam menetapkan kebijakan bagi pemerintah setempat maupun masyarakatnya. Dalam penelitian ini, metode analisis yang digunakan pada prediksi luas lahan sawah yaitu metode analisis Cellular Automata (CA) dan pada prediksi produksi padi digunakan metode analisis double exponential smoothing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan sawah mengalami penurunan seluas 194,01 Ha dari tahun 2008 hingga tahun 2019. Kemudian hasil prediksi yang diperoleh yaitu adanya penurunan luas lahan sawah seluas 209,86 Ha pada tahun 2030, sedangkan jumlah produksi padi pada tahun 2019 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 24.922 ton padi dari tahun 2008. Hasil prediksi produksi padi menunjukkan bahwa produksi padi di Kabupaten Purworejo pada tahun 2030 akan mengalami penurunan sebesar 3668,78 ton dari tahun 2019. The amount of rice production in several regions in Indonesia has decreased, one of which occurred in Central Java Province. Central Java Province is the province with the highest rice production in Indonesia. This research was conducted in Purworejo Regency due to a dam construction project and issues regarding the development of the tourism sector. This study aims to predict the condition of paddy fields and rice production in the future. It is hoped that this can be used as material for consideration in setting policies for the local government and the community. In this study, the analytical method used in the prediction of paddy fields is the Cellular Automata (CA) analysis method and the double exponential smoothing analysis method is used to predict rice production. The results showed that the area of rice fields decreased by 194.01 Ha from 2008 to 2019. Then the prediction results obtained were a decrease in the area of rice fields of 209.86 Ha in 2030, while the amount of rice production in 2019 increased. of 24,922 tons of rice from 2008. The predicted results of rice production show that rice production in Purworejo Regency in 2030 will decrease by 3668.78 tons from 2019.
