ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR KETERLAMBATAN PROYEK KONSTRUKSI DI PAPUA

Perkembangan pembangunan di Indonesia yang semakin tinggi memacu pertumbuhan jumlah perusahaan jasa konstruksi meningkat. Di sisi lain, peningkatan pertumbuhan perusahaan jasa konstruksi belum diiringi dengan atmosfer pelaksanaan konstruksi yang baik. Keterlambatan penyelesaian pekerjaan seperti menjadi hal yang biasa, seperti pada proyek konstruksi di daerah Indonesia, bagian Timur khususnya Papua. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali lebih dalam faktor penyebab keterlambatan penyelesaian pekerjaan konstruksi di Provinsi Papua khusunya di kabupaten Merauke. Kuisioner didistribusikan kepada kontraktor yang terdaftar sebagai anggota GAPEKSINDO dan berdomisili di kabupaten Merauke. Jumlah sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data analisis menggunakan Uji Statsitik Non Parametrik dengan analisis Kendalls W menggunakan program SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Tujuh faktor utama yang menyebabkan keterlambatan proyek konstruksi yang berhubungan dengan konsultan dan kontraktor. Dari hasil pengujian, dapat diketahui bahwa tujuh faktor utama keterlambatan proyek konstruksi di Kabupaten Merauke adalah faktor tenaga kerja dengan nilai mean rank sebsar 2,56 dan faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi keterlambatan konstruksi adalah faktor lainnya dengan nilai mean rank sebesar 5,28.

The increasingly high development in Indonesia has spurred the growth of the number of construction service companies to increase. On the other hand, the increase in the growth of construction service companies has not been accompanied by a good atmosphere of construction implementation. Delays in completing work have become commonplace, such as in construction projects in areas of Indonesia, the eastern part, especially Papua. This research was conducted to dig deeper into the factors causing delays in the completion of construction work in Papua Province, especially in the Merauke Regency. Questionnaires were distributed to contractors who are registered as members of GAPEKSINDO and domiciled in the Merauke district. The number of samples was taken by the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using Non-Parametric Statistical Test with Kendall's W analysis using SPSS 25.0 for Windows program. The seven main factors that cause construction project delays are related to consultants and contractors. From the test results, it can be seen that the seven main factors of construction project delays in Merauke Regency are labor factors with a mean rank value of 2.56, and factors that do not affect construction delays are other factors with a mean rank value of 5.28.
