Evaluasi Key Performance Indicator Program In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) di Klinik Permata Hati RSUP Dr. Sardjito Pada Tahun 2019-2020

LATAR BELAKANG: Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi infertilitas adalah In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) atau proses bayi tabung merupakan suatu proses di mana sel telur dibuahi oleh sperma di luar tubuh. Dimana dalam upaya In Vitro Fertilization dilakukan rangsangan hormon pada prinsipnya adalah upaya menambahkan sejumlah hormon dari luar (exogenous hormone) yang berfungsi sebagai kontrol proses reproduksi, sehingga daur reproduksi dapat dipercepat atau dapat dilakukan di luar lingkungan alamiahnya. Mengingat banyaknya risiko yang muncul maka diperlukan suatu pengukuran untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan program bayi tabung itu sendiri. Penelitian Indikator kinerja atau indikator kinerja utama (KPI) adalah jenis pengukuran kinerja dari setiap proses, baik dalam bidang biomedis atau non-biomedis, dapat dikenakan penyimpangan bawaan dari batas optimum atau dari batas yang ditetapkan. METODE: Penelitian ini merupakan observasional deskriptif karena peneliti hanya mengobservasi tanpa melakukan perlakuan terhadap obyek yang akan diteliti Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUP Dr. Sardjito dikarenakan RSUP Dr. Sardjito memiliki klinik infertilitas Permata Hati yang melayani pelaksanaan prosedur IVF (in vitro fertilization atau bayi tabung) pada pasien. Pengambilan data dilakukan khususnya di bagian rekam medik yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2019 -Januari 2020. HASIL: Variabel tingkat kerusakan ICSI, tingkat fertilisasi ICSI normal, tingkat keberhasilan IVF normal, tingkat kegagalan fertilisasi IVF, tingkat cryosurvival blastokista, dan tingkat implantasi (stadium pembelahan) belum dapat memenuhi key performance indicator.Variabel tingkat perkembangan embrio hari ke-3, tingkat perkembangan blastokista, dan tingkat implantasi (stadium blastokista) memenuhi key performance indicator. KESIMPULAN: Performa Klinik Permata Hati RSUP Dr. Sardjito masih berada di bawah performa kompetensi dan aspirasional berdasarkan key performance indicator.

Given the many risks that arise, a measurement is needed to determine the success rate of the IVF program itself. Research Performance indicator or key performance indicator (KPI) is a type of performance measurement of any process, whether in biomedical or non-biomedical fields, may be subject to inherent deviations from the optimum limit or from the set limit. METHODS: This research is a descriptive observation because the researcher only observes without treating the object to be studied. This research was conducted at Dr. RSUP. Sardjito because RSUP Dr. Sardjito owns the Permata Hati infertility clinic, which provides patients with IVF (in vitro fertilization or IVF) procedures. Data collection was carried out especially in the medical record section which was carried out in January 2019 - January 2020. RESULTS: The variables of ICSI damage level, normal ICSI fertilization rate, normal IVF success rate, IVF fertilization failure rate, blastocyst cryosurvival rate, and implantation level (cleavage stage) have not been able to meet the key performance indicators. , and the implantation rate (blastocyst stage) met the key performance indicators CONCLUSION: Permata Hati Clinic Performance RSUP Dr. Sardjito is still under competency and aspirational performance based on key performance indicators.
