PENERAPAN INNOVATION ACCOUNTING PADA HYPER-AGILE TEAM MANAGEMENT: STUDI KASUS PROGRAM DIGITAL AMOEBA DI TELKOM INDONESIA

Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengusulkan solusi untuk meningkatkan pencapaian Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang lebih sesuai untuk menilai kinerja PDA dengan mengacu pada metode innovation accounting. Berdasarkan hasil survey menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara, serta analisis dokumen, ditemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa KPI dan metric innovation accounting yang digunakan, yaitu governance dan global KPI. Namun, ditemukan juga beberapa metric yang pencapaiannya perlu diperbaiki. Berdasarkan masalah ini, penulis mengusulkan beberapa inisiatif yang meliputi perbaikan penyeleksian produk, standarisasi, digitisasi dan digitalisasi pengelolaan PDA untuk diaplikasikan sebagai salah satu program kerja PDA selanjutnya.
Concerns related to the effectiveness of the performance and impact assessment of Program Digital Amoeba (PDA), which is Telkom's digital product innovation or development program, have been raised. There is a need to find a more suitable method to give a more comprehensive and satisfactory evaluation method. Therefore, this study aims to identify, measure, and propose solutions to increase the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which is more suitable for assessing the PDA performance by referring to the innovation accounting method. Based on the data collected using questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis, the results show that there are several KPIs and innovation accounting metrics that are used appropriately, namely governance and global KPIs. However, it was also found that there were several metrics that need to be improved. Based on this problem, several initiatives are proposed to improve product selection, standardization, digitization, and digitalization of PDA governance. These initiatives are hoped to be implemented in the next PDA work program.
