PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN DAN KONSENTRASI KEPEMILIKAN TERHADAP BANK FIRM RELATIONSHIP (STUDI EMPIRIS DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA 2015-2019)

Bank merupakan sumber utama pendanaan bagi perusahaan di sebagaian besar negara. Hubungan antara bank dan perusahaan dapat mnedorong arus informasi antara kedua pihak sehingga dapat menentukan kebijakan pinjaman perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur kepemilikan dan konsentrasi kepemilikan terhadap bank firm relationship. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 325 perusahaan yang terdiri dari 200 perusahaan LQ45 dan 125 perusahaan PEFINDO25 pada tahun 2015-2019. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan regresi logit. Hasil penelitian pada perusahaan LQ45 menunjukkan bahwa struktur kepemilikan asing dan struktur kepemilikan pemerintah dapat meningkatkan hubungan bank terhadap perusahaan. Temuan lainnya, semakin tinggi tingkat kepemilikan terkonsentrasi dari suatu perusahaan maka tidak mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan bank terhadap perusahaan. Dalam perusahaan PEFINDO25, menunjukkan bahwa struktur kepemilikan asing tidak berpengaruh pada hubungan bank terhadap perusahaan. Disisi lain, hasil penelitian dari struktur kepemilikan terkonsentrasi menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif pada hubungan bank terhadap perusahaan.

Banks are the main source of funding for companies in most countries. The relationship between the bank and the company can encourage the flow of information between the two parties so that it can determine the company's loan policy. This study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure and ownership concentration on bank firm relationships. 325 companies consisting of 200 LQ45 and 125 PEFINDO25 year 2015-2019 are purposively selected as the research sample. The type of data used is secondary data, which are analyzed by multiple regression analysis and logit regression. The results of research on LQ45 companies show that foreign ownership structure and government ownership structure can improve bank relationships with companies. Another finding is that the higher the level of concentrated ownership of a company, the higher the level of bank confidence in the company. In PEFINDO25, the company shows that the foreign ownership structure has no effect on the bank's relationship with the company. On the other hand, research results from concentrated ownership structure indicate that there is a positive influence on the bank's relationship with the company.
