Proyek konstruksi merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang saling berkaitan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu dalam bidang konstruksi yang dibatasi waktu, biaya dan mutu tertentu. Proyek konstruksi sering mengalami keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek yang disebabkan berbagai faktor. Percepatan durasi proyek digunakan untuk mengatasi keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek. Metode penambahan jam kerja dan penambahan tenaga kerja adalah metode umum yang digunakan untuk mengatasi keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek. Percepatan durasi proyek mengakibatkan penambahan biaya dan penambahan biaya setiap metode berbeda. Percepatan durasi proyek dilakukan pada pekerjaan kritis yang diketahui menggunakan bantuan Microsfot Project 2007. Pengurangan durasi proyek dengan metode penambahan jam kerja dilakukan dengan menambah jam kerja selama 4 jam pada pekerjaan kritis. Setelah durasi percepatan diketahui, dilanjutkan menghitung penambahan biaya atau cost slope. Durasi percepatan pada penambahan jam kerja digunakan untuk menghitung penambahan jumlah pekerja pada metode penambahan tenaga kerja. Kemudian nilai cost slope pada penambahan jumlah pekerja dapat diketahui. Nilai penambahan biaya pada metode penambahan jam kerja sebesar Rp 227.335.763,84 dan penambahan biaya pada metode penambahan tenaga kerja sebesar Rp 3.737.739,34 dengan selisih biaya sebesar Rp 223.618.024,50.

A construction project is a series of interrelated activities to archieve specific objectives in the construction sector that are limited by a certain time, cost and quality. Construction projects often experience delays in project completion due a various factors. Acceleration of project duration used to overcome delays in project completion. Adding working hours and adding workforce method is a general method used to overcome delays in project completion. Acceleration of project duration make additional costs and every method has a different additional costs. Acceleration of project duration was carried out on known critical work using the help of Microsoft project 2007. Reduce project duration with adding working hours method was carried out by increasing working hours for 4 hours on critical work. After the acceleration duration is known, continue to calculate the additional cost or cost slope. Duration of the acceleration in the additional of working hours used to calculate the additional number of workers in additional workforce method. Value of cost slope on the additional workforce can be known. The value of additional costs in the method of adding working hours is Rp 227.335.763,84 and the additional costs of the method of adding workforce are Rp 3.737.739,34 with a cost different of Rp 223.618.024,50
