PENGEMBANGAN SUBSISTEM INDIKATOR PELAYANAN RAWAT INAP PADA SIMRS DI RUMAH SAKIT DAERAH MERAH PUTIH KABUPATEN MAGELANG

Latar Belakang: Laporan Indikator Pelayanan Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit Daerah Merah Putih belum terkomputerisasi. Tercatat beberapa kali permintaan laporan dari pihak eksternal untuk segera dikumpulkan akan tetapi petugas pelaporan harus melakukan pengolahan terlebih dahulu. Akibatnya pengumpulan laporan terjadi keterlambatan dan kesalahan perhitungan karena terburu-buru. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan subsistem indikator pelayanan rawat inap agar memudahkan petugas membuat laporan indikator pelayanan rawat inap berupa BOR, LOS, TOI, BTO, NDR, dan GDR. Tujuan: Menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi indikator pelayanan rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Daerah Merah Putih Kabupaten Magelang sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Metode: Perancangan ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Analisis kebutuhan dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Perancangan DAD dan basis data menggunakan draw.io serta Figma untuk tampilan antarmuka. Sistem dirancang menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio Code, framework Laravel 7, basis data menggunakan postgreql. Hasil: sistem informasi dapat mengolah data laporan secara komputerisasi, menampilkan indikator pelayanan rawat inap, dan Grafik Barber Johnson. Kesimpulan: Rancangan sistem indikator pelayanan rawat inap telah diuji coba, disetujui, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

Background: Inpatient Service Indicator Reports at the Merah Putih Regional Hospital have not been computerized. There have been several requests for reports from external parties to be collected immediately, but the reporting officer must do the processing first. As a result, there were delays in collecting reports and miscalculations due to a rush. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a subsystem of inpatient service indicators to make it easier for officers to report on indicators of inpatient services in the form of BOR, LOS, TOI, BTO, NDR, and GDR. Objective: To produce an information system design for inpatient service indicators at the Merah Putih Regional Hospital, Magelang Regency according to user needs. Method: This design uses the waterfall method. Needs analysis with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. DAD and database design using draw.io and Figma for interface display. The system is designed using Microsoft Visual Studio Code, Laravel 7 framework, database using postgreql. Result: The information system can process report data computerized, display indicators of inpatient services, and Barber Johnson Graph. Conclusion: The design of the inpatient service indicator system has been tested, approved, and in accordance with user needs.
