SISTEM INFORMASI DIREKTORI PROYEK MAHASISWA KOMPUTER DAN SISTEM INFORMASI

Teknologi informasi sangat melekat dengan keseharian manusia. Sebelumnya manusia menyimpan informasi di kertas dan ketika ingin menggunakannya lagi, akan sulit mencari informasinya satu per satu. Tetapi berbeda dengan sekarang. Informasi saat ini sudah disimpan pada sistem informasi. Setiap tahunnya mahasiswa jurusan Komputer dan Sistem Informasi Universitas Gadjah Mada selalu mengerjakan tugas proyek untuk syarat menyeselesaikan masa studi maupun proyek untuk kepentingan tertentu. Masalah yang sering muncul adalah tidak adanya wadah untuk menampung semua hasil dari proyek yang telah dikerjakan. Sehubungan dengan teknologi informasi yang semakin maju, dibuatlah sebuah sistem direktori penyimpanan proyek mahasiswa untuk mengelola dan menampung hasil proyek sebelumnya yang telah dikerjakan oleh mahasiswa. Sistem ini akan berbasis sebuah website dengan menggunakan teknologi framework dari Laravel serta MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Direktori Proyek Mahasiswa Komputer dan Sistem Informasi dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam melakukan aktivitas penyimpanan proyek yang telah mereka kerjakan. Sistem ini mampu untuk mengelola informasi terkait proyek mahasiswa dan melakukan fungsi manajemen proyek dengan baik.

Information technology is one of the most essential technologies in all aspects of life because it involves the exchange and storage of information, it must be able to move quickly. In terms of both information retrieval and application of information. Information technology is very inherent and is not independent of the everyday human experience. People used to store information on paper before and when they wanted to use it again, it was difficult to find information at a time. But it's different from now on. Information is currently stored on information systems. Each year the student computer and information systems at gadjah mada university has always done project assignments in exchange for completing both studies and projects in a particular way. A recurring problem was the absence of a container to accommodate all the results of the project's work. In regard to the growing information technology, a student project's storage directory system was created to accommodate past projects students had done. The system will be based on a website using the framework technology of laravel and mysql as its database. Research shows that directory information systems of computer and information projects can assist students in carrying out the project storage activities they have been working on. The wish of this system could be the solution for student to do the project storage process.
