Identifikasi Kualitas Informasi Obat (Consumer Medication Information) Ibuprofen di Apotek Online Indonesia

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat di Indonesia, menjadikan apotek online sebagai alternatif masyarakat untuk melakukan transaksi jual beli berbagai produk farmasi melalui internet. Ibuprofen merupakan salah satu obat yang seringkali digunakan oleh banyak masyarakat sehingga banyak sekali ditemukan terjual di apotek online. Sehingga informasi obat ibuprofen yang tertera harus akurat untuk membantu konsumen dalam mengkonsumsi obat ibuprofen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kualitas informasi obat ibuprofen di apotek online di Indonesia, yang ditinjau dari kualitas konten informasi obat, tingkat keterbacaan, dan fungsi situs apotek online. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif evaluatif yang dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2021. Subjek penelitian adalah 6 apotek online di Indonesia yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, yang kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap sampel dengan melihat kualitas konten informasi obat ibuprofen menggunakan instrumen Svarstad, lalu evaluasi tingkat keterbacaan informasi obat menggunakan Gunning Fog Test dan fungsi situs web dengan melihat empat kriteria. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistika deskriptif yang dapat menghasilkan perhitungan nilai rata-rata (mean), nilai maksimum dan nilai minimum, jumlah serta standar deviasi (SD) dari data. Data hasil kualitas konten informasi obat ibuprofen di keenam apotek online menghasilkan persentase sebesar 39,81%. Rata-rata tingkat keterbacaan informasi obat ibuprofen yang didapatkan dari keenam apotek online adalah sebesar 15,72 atau jika di konversi dalam bentuk jenjang pendidikan adalah setara dengan College Junior atau mahasiswa tahun ketiga di universitas. Hasil evaluasi fungsi situs didapatkan bahwa situs apotek online yang menjual obat ibuprofen di Indonesia kurang lengkap, hanya 4 dari 6 apotek online sudah menyediakan fitur "Ask to Pharmacist". Hasil penelitian kualitas konten informasi obat ibuprofen menunjukan apotek online di Indonesia perlu meningkatkan kualitas informasi obat ibuprofen dan perlunya regulasi dari pemerintah mengenai informasi obat di apotek online.

The rapid development of technology in Indonesia has made online pharmacies an alternative for the public to conduct buying and selling transactions of various pharmaceutical products via the internet. Ibuprofen is one of the drugs that is often used by many people, many of ibuprofen drugs are found sold in online pharmacies. The information on the ibuprofen drug listed must be accurate to assist consumers in consuming the drug ibuprofen. This research was conducted with the aim of providing an overview of the quality of ibuprofen drug information in online pharmacies in Indonesia, which was reviewed from the quality of drug information content, readability level, and the function of online pharmacy sites. This research is an evaluative descriptive study conducted in July 2021. The research subjects were 6 online pharmacies in Indonesia that had met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, then analyzed on the sample by looking at the quality of the information content of ibuprofen using the Svarstad instrument, then evaluating the readability level. drug information using the Gunning Fog Test and the website functions by looking at four criteria. Data analysis was carried out with descriptive statistics which could produce the calculation of the mean (mean), maximum and minimum values, sum and standard deviation (SD) of the data. The results data from the quality of ibuprofen drug information content in the six online pharmacies showed is 39,81%. The average readability level of ibuprofen drug information obtained from the six online pharmacies is 15.72% or if converted in the form of education level, it is equivalent to College Junior or third year students at university. The results of the site function evaluation found that the online pharmacy site selling ibuprofen in Indonesia is incomplete, only 4 out of 6 online pharmacies have provided the "Ask to Pharmacist" feature. The results of research on the quality of ibuprofen drug information content show that online pharmacies in Indonesia need to improve the quality of ibuprofen drug information and the need for government regulations regarding drug information in online pharmacies.
