Peningkatan jumlah penduduk di Indonesia menuntut pemerintah meningkatkan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang ada, termasuk dari segi pengelolaan air limbah medis dan limbah domestik. Rumah Sakit Daerah (RSD) Merah Putih Kabupaten Magelang merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang ada di Kabupaten Magelang dan pada tahun 2019-2020 menjadi rumah sakit rujukan COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas air limbah domestik yang dihasilkan oleh IPAL dengan sistem Anaerob-Aerob dan unit MBR yang ada di RSD Merah Putih Kabupaten Magelang. Pengambilan sampel air limbah dilakukan dandiujikan diBalai Besar Teknik Kesehatan Lingkungan dan Pengendalian Penyakit (BBTKLPP) Yogyakarta, kemudian hasilnya dikomparasikan dengan Perda Jateng Nomor 5 Tahun 2012. Setelah itu dilakukan analisis efisiensi penghilangan untuk mengetahui efisiensi bak pengolahan dalam menurunkan kadar pencemar tertenu sesuai teori yang ada, serta analisis beban pencemaran untuk mengetahui pengaruh efluen IPAL bagi lingkungan. Dari hasil penelitian, efluen menunjukkan bahwa parameter fosfat masih belum memenuhi baku mutu yang ditetapkan. selain itu, terdapat beberapa bak yang tidak berfungsi sesuai dengan teori yangdigunakan, namun untuk analisis beban pencemaran,seluruh parameter memenuhisyarat untukbeban pencemaran kelas II.

The increasing population in Indonesia make government has to improve health servicefacilities sector, including in terms of waste water management. RSD Merah Putih of MagelangRegency is one of the hospitals in Magelang Regency and in 2019-2020 became a COVID-19referral hospital. This study aims to analyze the quality of domestic wastewater produced by the WWTP with the Anaerobic-Aerobic system and the MBR unit in the RSD Merah Putih, Magelang Regency. Wastewater sampling was carried out and tested at the Laboratory in BBTKLPP Yogyakarta, then the results are compared with Central Java Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2012. After that, an analysis of the removal efficiency was carried out to determinethe efficiency of the treatment tank in reducing certain pollutant levels according to existing theories, as well as a pollution load analysis to determine the effect of WWTP effluent on the environment. From the results of the study, the effluent showed that the phosphate parametersstill did not meet the specified quality standards. In addition, there are several tanks that do not function according to the theory used, but for the analysis of the pollution load, all parametersmeet the requirements for class II pollution loads.
