SMART DAMKAR: Aplikasi Android dengan Layanan Berbasis Lokasi untuk Pelaporan Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan (Studi Kasus di Kabupaten Klaten)

Salah satu jenis pelayanan publik yang sangat esensial di setiap daerah ialah pemadam kebakaran dan penyelamatan. Pelayanan untuk menangani kebakaran dan penyelamatan lainnya dapat diupayakan melalui aplikasi android, sehingga pelaporan laporan dapat diterima, dicatat, dan ditangani secara tepat dengan sistem berbasis spasial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan aplikasi android dengan layanan berbasis lokasi untuk pelaporan pemadam kebakaran dan penyelamatan di Kabupaten Klaten yang efektif, serta menguji efektivitas aplikasi android dengan layanan berbasis lokasi untuk pelaporan pemadam kebakaran dan penyelamatan di Kabupaten Klaten. Metode dalam penelitian ini mengimplementasikan layanan berbasis lokasi dan firebase. Implementasi layanan berbasis lokasi menggunakan akses GPS pada perangkat, sedangkan implementasi firebase menggunakan kemampuan autentikasi melalui email/password & Google Sign-in, real-time database, firestore database, cloud storage, dan firebase cloud messaging. Kemampuan firebase yang diimplementasikan dalam pengembangan aplikasi memiliki fungsionalitas CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete). Aplikasi android SMART DAMKAR dilengkapi fitur pelaporan disertai dengan lokasi akurat berdasarkan layanan berbasis lokasi dan dapat menyertakan foto kejadian. Selain itu, aplikasi SMART DAMKAR dilengkapi dengan fitur chats yang memudahkan masyarakat dan petugas untuk saling berkomunikasi dengan bertukar pesan. Efektivitas aplikasi SMART DAMKAR memiliki skor sebesar 95,43% yang diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan rerata aspek learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, dan satisfaction yang menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak.

One type of public service that is essential in each area is fire and rescue. Service to fire and other rescue services can be obtained through android applications, thus reporting reports are acceptable, noted, and handled appropriately with spatial-based systems. The purpose of this research is to develop an android application with location-based service for fire and rescue reporting in Klaten Regency, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the android application with location-based service for fire and rescue reporting in Klaten Regency. The methods in this research implement location-based service and firebase. Implementation of location-based service uses GPS access to device, while firebase implementation uses authentication capabilities through email/password & Google Sign-in, real-time database, firebase database, cloud storage, and firebase cloud messaging. Firebase capabilities implemented in application development have CRUD’s creational functionality (Create, Read, Update, Delete). SMART DAMKAR android application has a reporting feature accompanied by an accurate location-based on location-based services and can include the event’s photo. Also, SMART DAMKAR applications are equipped with chats that enable people and officers to communicate with one another by exchanging messages. The effectiveness of SMART DAMKAR applications has a score of 95.43% obtained based on the calculation of learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and satisfaction aspects that demonstrate that application is in a category well worth using (usable).
