Unmet Need KB Selama Pandemi Covid-19 : Penyebab dan Hubungannya dengan Program KB Kota Yogyakarta

Adanya pandemi covid-19 meningkatkan kejadian unmet need KB akibat adanya lockdown yang menghambat aktivitas dalam penyediaan alat kontasepsi dan kegiatan program KB. Penelitian yang dilakukan sebelumnya telah diketahui bahwa analisis dalam mengetahui dampak unmet need KB selama pandemi Covid-19 terhadap penyebab dan program KB diteliti pada Kota Y. Metode yang dilakukan dengan uji normalitas monte carlo, uji t, uji chi-square, dan klasifikasi berdasarkan RPJMN. Perubahan persentase unmet need KB akibat Pandemi Covid-19 hanya ditemukan pada Kecamatan Danurejan dan Pakualaman. Faktor penyebab unmet need KB selama Pandemi Covid-19 tidak memiliki perubahan signifikan. Hubungan unmet need KB selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan penyebab unmet need KB di Kota Yogyakarta diketahui tidak signifikan. Program KB yang terpengaruh oleh adanya pandemi Covid-19 adalah frekuensi komunikasi, informasi, edukasi (KIE) dengan KIE Kit dan frekuensi Tim Keluarga Berencana Keliling (TKBK) dari kecamatan ke kelurahan. Hubungan program KB dengan unmet need KB selama pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Yogyakarta diketahui tidak signifikan.

COVID-19 pandemic has increased the incidence of unmet need for family planning due to the lockdown which obstructs activities in the provision of contraceptives and family planning program activities. The aim of this research is to analyst the impact of unmet need for family planning during the Covid-19 pandemic on the causes and programs of family planning was investigated at Kota Yogyakarta. The method used is the Monte Carlo normality test, t-test, chi- square test, and classification based on the RPJMN. The changed percentage of unmet need for family planning due to the Covid-19 pandemic was found in Danurejan and Pakualaman sub-districts. The factors causing the unmet need for family planning during the Covid-19 pandemic did not have significant changes. The relationship between the unmet need for family planning during the Covid-19 pandemic and the cause of the unmet need for family planning in the city of Yogyakarta is known to be insignificant. Family planning programs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic are the frequency of communication, information, education (KIE) with the KIE Kit and the frequency of the Mobile Family Planning Team (TKBK) from sub-districts to urban villages. The relationship between the family planning program and the unmet need for family planning during the Covid-19 pandemic in the city of Yogyakarta is known to be insignificant.
