ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KESUKSESAN IMPLEMENTASI SISKOPATUH

Sejalan dengan perkembangan jemaah umrah di Indonesia yang semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya, maka diperlukannya sebuah sistem yang kuat untuk mengakomodasi data-data jemaah dan catatan keuangan. Sistem Komputerisasi Umrah dan Haji Khusus (SISKOPATUH) yang menjadi jawabannya. Atas dasar tersebut peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesuksesan SISKOPATUH. Pengguna dari sistem tersebut adalah biro travel yang sudah terakreditasi oleh Kemenag. Evaluasi sistem berfokus pada penggunaan layanan sistem tersebut dengan mempertimbangkan persepsi kepercayaan pengguna untuk merasakan manfaatnya pada saat diimplementasikan, serta identifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Basis model dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan E-Government Service Quality untuk mengevaluasi kualitas sistem. Kuesioner ditujukan kepada pengguna SISKOPATUH serta terisi sebanyak 67. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat 5 hipotesis terdukung yakni, dan 2 hipotesis tidak terdukung. Jika dilihat berdasarkan pilihan jawaban dari responden, sistem tersebut sudah memberikan layanan yang baik sehingga pengguna merasakan manfaatnya, akan tetapi terdapat kendala pada jaringan yang menyebabkan beberapa kali web tersebut mengalami error. Selain itu, berdasarkan saran responden masih terdapat beberapa hal perbaikan demi terciptanya sistem yang lebih ideal digunakan pada era sekarang.

In line with the increasing number of Umrah pilgrims in Indonesia every year, a strong system is needed to accommodate congregation data and financial records data. The Umrah and Special Hajj Computerized System (SISKOPATUH) is the answer. On this basis, the researcher aims to analyze Siskopatuh success. The systems users are travel agencies that have been accredited by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The system evaluation focuses on the use of the system's services by considering user's perception of trust to feel the benefits when it is implemented, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors. The model basis in this study is to use E-Government Service Quality to evaluate the system quality. A questionnaire is sent to Siskopatuh users, and 67 responded. The results of this study show that there are 5 supported hypotheses, and 2 unsupported hypotheses. When viewed based on the respondent responses, the system has provided good service, so that users feel the benefits, but there are problems on the network that cause the web to experience errors several times. In addition, based on the respondent suggestions, there are still several things to improve in order to create a system that is more ideal for use in the current era.
