IMPLEMENTASI PENYIMPANAN PROTOKOL NOTARIS YANG SUDAH BERUSIA 25 TAHUN ATAU LEBIH DI KOTA MEDAN INTISARI Nico Sirait , Sigid Riyanto Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana proses penyimpanan Protokol Notaris yang sudah berusia 25 (dua puluh lima) tahun atau lebih di Kota Medan bila tidak tersedianya tempat untuk menyimpan protokol-protokol tersebut, serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tindakan dari Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam rangka penyimpanan Protokol Notaris yang sudah berusia 25 (dua puluh lima) tahun atau lebih di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis empiris. Penelitian ini dapat dikatan sebagai penelitian secara lapangan yang diperkuat dengan penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian hukum ini diarahkan pada pencarian data primer dari responden melalui instrumen wawancara serta didukung oleh data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari penelitian kepustakaan melalui studi dokumen. Selanjutnya terhadap data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisis secara kualitatif dan dibuat dalam bentuk laporan hasil penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diketahui, (1) Implementasi penyimpanan Protokol Notaris yang sudah berusia 25 (dua puluh lima) tahun atau lebih di Kota Medan sudah berjalan sesuai dengan amanat dari UUJN, UUJNP, dan Permenkumham. (2) Tidak adanya tempat untuk menyimpan protokol-protokol Notaris masih menjadi problematika MPD sampai saat ini, MPD untuk sementara menunjuk Notaris yang masih aktif untuk menyimpan dan megamankan protokol-protokol Notaris khususnya Protokol Notaris yang sudah berusia 25 (dua puluh lima) tahun atau lebih di Kota Medan. (3) Tindakan dari Kemenkumham terkait belum adanya gedung penyimpanan khusus untuk protokol-protokol Notaris, Kemenkumham saat ini sedang mencoba melakukan digitalisasi terkait protokol-protokol Notaris dengan tujuan untuk megatasi problematika terkait penyimpanan protokol-protokol Notaris saat ini. IMPLEMENTATION OF NOTARY PROTOCOL STORAGE THAT IS 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER IN MEDAN CITY ABSTRACT Nico Sirait , Sigid Riyanto This research aims to find out and analyze how the process of storing Notary Protocols that are 25 (twenty-five) years old or more in Medan City when there is no place to store these protocols, as well as to find out and analyze the actions of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in order to store notary protocols that are 25 (twenty-five) years old or more in Medan City. This research is empirical juridical research. This research can be categorized as field research that is strengthened by literature research. This legal research is directed at the search for primary data from respondents through interview instruments and is supported by secondary data, namely data obtained from literature research through document studies. Furthermore, the data obtained is done qualitatively and made in the form of research results reports that are descriptive. The results of the study are known, (1) The implementation of the storage of Notary Protocol that has been 25 (twenty-five) years or older in medan city has been running in accordance with the mandate of UUJN, UUJNP, and Permenkumham. (2) The absence of a place to store Notary protocols is still a problem of MPD to date, MPD temporarily appoints Notaries who are still active to store and maintain Notary protocols, especially Notary Protocols that are 25 (twenty-five) years old or more in Medan City. (3) The actions of the Ministry of Finance related to the absence of a special storage building for Notary protocols, the Ministry of Finance is currently trying to digitize related Notary protocols with the aim of megatasi problem related to the storage of Notary protocols at this time.
