Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis urgensi pengaturan persetujuan Majelis Kehormatan Notaris terkait pemanggilan Notaris untuk kepentingan proses peradilan pidana dalam Pasal 66 ayat (1) UUJNP serta mengetahui dan menganalisis kesesuaian pengaturan persetujuan Majelis Kehormatan Notaris terkait pemanggilan Notaris untuk kepentingan proses peradilan pidana dalam Pasal 66 ayat (1) UUJNP dengan prinsip equality before the law.

This study aims to determine and analyze the urgency of the approval of the Notary Honorary Council regarding the summons of a Notary for the benefit of the criminal justice process in Article 66 paragraph (1) of the UUJNP and to find out and analyze the suitability of the Notary Honorary Council approval arrangement regarding the summons of a Notary for the benefit of the criminal justice process in Article 66 paragraph (1) UUJNP with the principle of equality before the law.
