VALIDASI SKOR SKRINING COVID-19 RSUP Dr. SARDJITO YOGYAKARTA

2022 | Tesis-Spesialis | ANESTESIOLOGI DAN TERAPI INTENSIFLatar Belakang: Skor skrining Covid-19 RSUP Dr. Sardjito merupakan alat skrining untuk membantu mengidentifikasi pasien dengan kecurigaan infeksi Covid-19 yang dibuktikan dengan pemeriksaan swab RT-PCR. Namun validitas skor ini belum pernah diteliti. Tujuan: Melakukan uji validasi skor skrining Covid-19 RSUP Dr. Sardjito dalam menskrining pasien diduga terinfeksi Covid-19 yang dikonfirmasi dengan hasil swab RT-PCR di RSUP Dr Sardjito Yogyakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional kohort retrospektif studi. Pasien yang masuk kriteria inklusi yaitu usia diatas 18 tahun, dari tanggal 24 April 2020 sampai 31 Desember 2020. Hasil: Jumlah sampel penelitian 705 pasien. Kemampuan diskriminasi dari skor skrining Covid-19 RSUP Dr Sardjito dinilai dengan AUC dan didapatkan hasil 0,556 (CI 95% : 0,51-0,61). Kemampuan kalibrasi didapatkan nilai HL test p=0,001 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: skor skrining Covid-19 RSUP Dr Sardjito memiliki kemampuan diskriminasi yang sangat lemah dan kalibrasi yang buruk sehingga skor skrining Covid-19 RSUP Dr Sardjito tidak valid dalam memprediksi hasil swab RT-PCR di RSUP Dr. Sardjito.
Background: Dr. Sardjito hospital Covid-19 screening score is a tool to assess patients who are suspected of being infected using RT-PCR swab examination. Unfortunately, there has never been researched regarding the validity. Objective: Validating the Dr. Sardjito hospital Covid-19 screening score to assess patients suspected of Covid-19 infection which was confirmed by the results of the RT-PCR swab at the Dr. Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta. Method: This study used an observational retrospective cohort design. Patients who were included in the inclusion criteria were those aged >18 years, from 24th April 2020 to 31th December 2020. Result: The number of study samples was 705 patients. Discrimination ability of Dr. Sardjito hospital Covid-19 screening score was assessed by AUC and the result was 0,556 (CI 95% : 0,51-0,61. Calibration ability obtained HL test value p=0.001 (p<0.05). Conclusion: Dr. Sardjito hospital Covid-19 screening score has a very weak discrimination ability and poor calibration, so the Dr. Sardjito hospital Covid-19 screening score is invalid in predicting the results of RT-PCR swab at Dr. Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta.
