Evaluasi Kinerja Operasional Bus Damri Rute Yogyakarta - Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA)

Transportasi akses Bandara merupakan komponen penting terhadap keberhasilan suatu operasional bandara. Bus Damri merupakan salah satu Transportasi akses yang melayani perjalanan menuju Yogyakarta International Airport(YIA) di Kulonprogo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau parameter kinerja operasional Bus Damri yang meliputi faktor muat, waktu tempuh, waktu antara, biaya operasional kendaraan, dan perbandingan antara pendapatan dan biaya operasional kendaraan untuk Rute dari Yogyakarta dan sekitarnya menuju (YIA). Untuk meninjau parameter kinerja operasional Bus Damri yaitu dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Perum Damri. Analisis Biaya Operasional Kendaraan didasarkan pada peraturan SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tinjauan parameter kinerja maka diperoleh Faktor muat rata-rata selama 3 bulan pada rute Sleman City Hall - YIA sebesar 38%, pada rute Terminal Condong Catur - YIA sebesar 30%, pada rute Hotel Limaran - YIA sebesar 10,67%. Biaya Operasional Kendaraan untuk rute Sleman City Hall - YIA yaitu Rp. 52.000 per seat-rit, untuk rute Terminal Condong Catur - YIA yaitu Rp. 25.000 per seat-rit, untuk rute Hotel Limaran - YIA yaitu Rp. 49.000 per seat-rit. Pendapatan rata-rata yang dihasilkan selama bulan April, Mei, Juni 2021 untuk rute Sleman City Hall - YIA yaitu Rp. 298.566.000, untuk rute Terminal Condong Catur - YIA yaitu Rp. 261.711.000, untuk rute Hotel Limaran - YIA yaitu 51.198.000. Dari hasil diatas pihak damri mengalami kerugian karena pendapatan masih lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan Biaya Operasional Kendaraannya.

Airport access transportation is an important component of the success of an airport operation. Damri Bus is one of the access transportation that serves trips to Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) in Kulonprogo. This study aims to review the operational performance parameters of the Damri Bus which include load factors, travel time, headway, vehicle operating costs, and a comparison between revenue and vehicle operating costs for the route from Yogyakarta and aound Yogyakarta to (YIA). To review the operational performance parameters of the Damri Bus, by using secondary data obtained from Perum Damri. Vehicle Operational Cost Analysis is based on regulation SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002. Based on the results of the review of performance parameters, the average load factor for 3 months on the Sleman City Hall - YIA route is 38%, on the Condong Catur Terminal - YIA route it is 30%, on the Hotel Limaran - YIA route it is 10,67 %. Vehicle Operational Costs for the Sleman City Hall - YIA route are Rp. 52,000 per seat-rit, for the Condong Catur Terminal - YIA route are Rp. 25,000 per seat-rit, for the Hotel Limaran - YIA route are Rp. 49,000 per seat-rit. The average income generated during April, May, June 2021 for Sleman City Hall - YIA route is Rp. 298,566,000, for Condong Catur Terminal - YIA route are Rp. 261,711,000, for Hotel Limaran - YIA route are 51,198,000. From the results above, Damri suffered a loss because the income was still lower than the Vehicle Operational Cost.
