Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Tugas Akhir Komsi memiliki tujuan utama untuk mempermudah proses birokrasi antara mahasiswa dengan akademik dan mahasiswa dengan dosen atau dosen dengan akademik. Sistem yang sebelumnya sudah dibangun belum memiliki beberapa fitur yang dibutuhkan seperti contohnya adalah export dan import untuk dokumen data mahasiswa, fitur untuk mengirim pesan antara dosen dan mahasiswa, fitur untuk mengajukan penggantian dosen pembimbing, dll. Jadi berdasarkan beberapa masalah diatas, dilakukan Pengembangan Sistem lnformasi Tugas Akhir Komsi agar sistem tetap dapat memenuhi dan menyesuikan dengan kebutuhan terkini penggunanya secara optimal. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Tugas Akhir Komsi telah berhasil dibangun dengan tetap menggunakan CodeIgniter sebagai framework utama sesuai sistem yang sudah ada dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman.

Web-based Development of Komsi Final Project Information System has a primary purpose for facilitating the bureaucratic process between students and students with professors or professors with academics. Systems that previously built have not yet included several necessary features such as exported and import for student data documents, features to send messages between professors and students, features to file counselors, etc. Therefore, according to some of the above problems, Web-based Development of Komsi Final Project Information System in order to keep the system from overfilling and synchronizing with the current needs of the user optimally. Web-based Development of Komsi Final Project Information System has been successfully built using CodeIgniter as the main framework of existing systems and PHP as the programming language.
