System Shifting of Bank Negara Indonesia

Seiring kemajuan teknologi, teknologi terus merambah ke segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk bisnis keuangan. Ketika sebuah perusahaan menerapkan teknologi baru, ada periode di mana sistem baru diadaptasi; penelitian ini mengkaji apa yang terjadi selama proses system shifting tersebut. Dalam pelaksanaannya, dapat terjadinya problema-problema. Hal ini juga terjadi pada Bank Negara Indonesia atau BNI pada saat pelaksanaan ANTASENA oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari solusi untuk memperbaiki proses system shifting khususnya pada implementasi ANTASENA. Melalui penilitian literasi dan juga observasi proses bisnis BNI khususnya di unit Sentra Akuntansi atau SAN, ditemukan beberapa problema dalam proses nyata peningkatan teknologi. Dengan mewawancarai karyawan dari berbagai level yang saat ini sedang melalui fase ini, ada beberapa isu yang terbukti terjadi di kehidupan nyata, serta isu-isu baru yang diangkat oleh para profesional. Penulis telah memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih baik bahwa teknologi BNI masih membutuhkan penyesuaian untuk pergeseran sistem ke ANTASENA sambil berharap bahwa karyawan akan segera menerapkannya tanpa banyak kesulitan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya evaluasi mengenaiproses system shifting agar proses menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dan sistem akan terimplementasi dengan baik

As technology advances, it continues to infiltrate every aspect of people's lives, including the financial business. When a firm implements new technologies, there is a period during which the new system is adapted; this study examines what happened during that time. During the implementation, several problems may occur. This event also happens in Bank Negara Indonesia or BNI during the implementation of ANTASENA by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Thus, this researchs purpose is to find solution to improve the process of system shifting specifically on ANTASENA implementation. Through the reading materials and observation of BNIs business process specifically in the unit Sentra Akuntansi or SAN, several problems have been found to occur in the real process of technology improvement. By interviewing employees from different levels who have currently going through this phase, there are severalissues that have been proven to have occurred in real life, as well as new issues that have been raised by the professionals. We have gained better knowledge that BNIs technology is still needs adjustments for the system shift to ANTASENA all the while having expectations that the employees would readily implement it without many troubles. The result from this study indicates that there should be evaluation regarding the system shifting process to make the process more effective and efficient and the system will be implemented well.
