Analasis Letak Exit Taxiway Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara Bandung

2021 | Skripsi | S1 TEKNIK SIPILBandar Udara Husein Sastranegara merupakan Bandara Udara yang dikelola oleh PT. Angkasa Pura II yang terletak di Kota Bandung. Selain untuk kepentingan penerbangan komersial (penumpang dan kargo), Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara juga merupakan kawasan pangkalan TNI Angkatan Udara dan Sekolah Penerbangan Dirgantara Indonesia. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fungsional letak exit taxiway dari runway dan taxiway eksisting untuk mengurangi waktu penggunaan runway sesuai dengan perhitungan yang diterbitkan oleh Airport Planning and Design, ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) dan FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). Bandara ini hanya memiliki satu landas pacu dengan ukuran 2.220 m x 45 m. Untuk penerbangan komersial, landas hubung yang digunakan hanya taxiway C yang berukuran 150 m x 26 m dan taxiway D yang berukuran 100 m x 25 m. Analisis letak exit taxiway menggunakan 6 jenis pesawat yang memiliki persentase penerbangan lalu lintas tertinggi, yaitu Boeing 737-800, Boeing 737-900ER, A320-200, A320neo¸ ATR 42-600 dan ATR 72-600. Analisis letak exit taxiway dilakukan dengan tiga metode, yaitu metode horonjeff berdasarkan Airport Planning and Design, Three Segment Method berdasarkan ICAO dan grafik Landing Runway Length Requirements berdasarkan FAA. Hasil dari analisis persentase fungsional menggunakan metode horonjeff dan Landing Runway Length Requirements menunjukkan bahwa kondisi exit taxiway eksisting belum memberikan persentase yang baik. Sebanyak 61,90% pesawat yang landing pada runway 11 harus melakukan turn around pada runway 29 dan sebanyak 100% pesawat yang landing pada runway 29 harus melakukan turn around pada runway 11 lalu memasuki apron melalui exit taxiway terdekat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa letak exit taxiway eksisting tidak dapat digunakan secara maksimal sehingga direkomendasikan letak exit taxiway yang efisien agar dapat mengurangi waktu penggunaan runway pada saat pesawat melakukan pendaratan. Berdasarkan Landing Runway Length Requirements dalam kondisi wet runway, pesawat Boeing 737-800 membutuhkan runway sepanjang 2.220 untuk landing yang dimana tidak terdapat faktor aman untuk pesawat ini saat melakukan landing di kondisi basah sehingga panjang runway harus ditambah.
Husein Sastranegara Airport is an airport managed by PT. Angkasa Pura II which is located in Bandung City. Besides of commercial aviation concerns (passengers and cargo), Husein Sastranegara Airport is also base area of military air transport and Indonesian aerospace flight school. This final project aims to analyze the functional location of exit taxiway from runway and taxiway existing to reduce occupancy time according to calculations issued by Airport Planning and Design, ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) dan FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). This airport only has one runway with length 2.220 m x 45 m. For the commercial concerns, taxiways which be used is taxiway C with length 150 m x 26 m and taxiway D with length 100 m x 25 m. The analyze location of exit taxiway used 6 types of aircraft which has highest percentage of flights, these aircrafts are Boeing 737-800, Boeing 737-900ER, A320-200, A320neo¸ ATR 42-600 dan ATR 72-600. The analyze location of exit taxiway were carried out using 3 methods, these is Horonjeff method based on Airport Planning and Design, Three Segment Method based on ICAO and Landing Runway Length Requirements based on FAA. The results of the functional percentage using Horonjeff method and Landing Runway Length Requirements show that the existing exit taxiway have not provided a good functional percentage. 61,90% of aircraft which landing at runway 11 are required to make a turn around at runway 29 and 100% of aircraft which landing at runway 11 are required to make a turn around at runway 11 to enter the apron area from the closest exit taxiway. It shows that the location of exit taxiway can not be used maximally so its needed the recommendation of new efficient location of exit taxiway in order to minimize usage time of runway when the aircraft landing. Based on Landing Runway Length Requirements in wet runway condition, Boeing 737-800 aircarft requires 2.220 m long runway for landing which is there is no safety factor for this aircraft to landing when the runway in wet condition so the length of runway must added.
