UJI PENETRASI PADA JARINGAN ACCESS POINT UGM-SECURE MENGGUNAKAN METODE SERANGAN PAIRWISE MASTER KEY IDENTIFIER (PMKID)

Uji penetrasi merupakan sebuah metode dalam melakukan pemeriksaan tingkat keamanan pada suatu jaringan. Uji penetrasi ini dilakukan dengan membuat serangkaian serangan terhadap target jaringan untuk mencari celah atau kelamahan di dalam jaringan tersebut. Uji penetrasi dilakukan oleh tim Capstone Project pada tanggal 23 Maret hingga 30 April dengan target pengujian yaitu jaringan nirkabel berupa hostpot atau access point UGM-Secure yang berlokasi di Laboratorium Sistem Digital Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi Fakultas Teknik Universitas Gadjah Mada (DTETI FT UGM) yang bertujuan untuk mencari celah kelemahan pada jaringan tersebut. Pengujian ini memiliki beberapa tahap yang diawali dengan melakukan eksplorasi terhadap target uji yakni sistem dan arsitektur jaringan UGM-Secure, dilanjutkan dengan melakukan analisis kelemahan sistem, kemudian eksploitasi, dan pelaporan berupa dokumentasi selama praktek uji berlangsung dan saran masukan perbaikan terhadap jaringan UGM-Secure yang disimpan dalam bentuk laporan asesmen dengan kaidah penulisan yang telah ditetapkan oleh National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa jaringan UGM Secure memiliki keamanan terhadap serangan PMKID.

Penetration test is a method of checking the level of security on a network. This penetration test is carried out by making a series of attacks against network targets to find gaps or weaknesses in the network. The penetration test was carried out by the Capstone Project team on March 23 to April 30 with the target of testing a wireless network in the form of a hostpot or UGM-Secure access point located at the Digital Systems Laboratory of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada (DTETI FT UGM) which aims to find gaps in the network's weaknesses. This test has several stages, starting with exploring the test target, namely the system and network architecture of UGM-Secure, followed by analyzing system weaknesses, then exploiting, and reporting in the form of documentation during the test practice and suggestions for improvements to the UGM-Secure network. stored in the form of an assessment report with the writing rules set by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The results of the test show that the UGM Secure network has security against PMKID attacks.
