Pondasi bored pile adalah pondasi tiang yang pemasangannya dilakukan dengan mengebor tanah lebih dahulu. Jenis pondasi bored pile banyak digunakan pada proyek konstruksi. Pelaksanaan pondasi bored pile yang dipilih disesuaikan dengan jenis tanah, kondisi medan serta metode konstruksi yang terpilih. Metode konstruksi merupakan penjabaran tata cara dan teknik-teknik pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang merupakan inti dari seluruh kegiatan dalam sistem manajemen konstruksi. Pondasi bored pile merupakan struktur bawah yang digunakan untuk meneruskan beban bangunan ke tanah. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini disusun berdasarkan peninjauan langsung pelaksanaan pondasi bored pile pada proyek pembangunan Gedung SGLC (Smart and Green Learning Center) dan Gedung ERIC (Engineering Research and Innovation Center). Alur penelitian dimulai dari penggambaran shop drawing, pengamatan gambar shop drawing, pengamatan pekerjaan di lapangan, wawancara kepada pelaksana dan pembimbing lapangan, dan membuat kesimpulan. Metode pekerjaan pondasi bored pile yaitu Menentukan titik bored pile, Fabrikasi tulangan utama dan tulangan sengkang bored pile, persiapan lokasi pengeboran, pengeboran titik bored pile, pemasangan casing, pemasangan tulangan bored pile, perakitan pipa tremie, pengecoran pondasi bored pile, dan pengangkatan casing. Pengujian untuk pondasi bored pile terdiri dari axial dan lateral loading test. Pengendalian mutu untuk pekerjaan pondasi bored pile adalah uji slump dan kuat tekan beton.

Bored pile foundation is a pile foundation whose installation is done by drilling the ground first. The type of bored pile foundation is widely used in construction projects. The implementation of the selected bored pile foundation is adjusted to the type of soil, terrain conditions and the selected construction method. The construction method is a description of the procedures and techniques for carrying out work which is the core of all activities in the construction management system. Bored pile foundation is a lower structure that is used to transmit the building load to the ground. This Final Project Report was prepared based on a direct review of the implementation of the bored pile foundation on the SGLC (Smart and Green Learning Center) Building and ERIC (Engineering Research and Innovation Center) Building construction projects. The research flow starts from drawing shop drawings, observing shop drawings, observing work in the field, interviewing the executor and field supervisor, and making conclusions. The bored pile foundation work methods are Determining the bored pile point, Fabricating the main reinforcement and bored pile reinforcement, preparing drilling locations, drilling the bored pile point, installing casing, installing bored pile reinforcement, assembling tremie pipes, casting bored pile foundations, and lifting casing. Tests for bored pile foundations consist of axial and lateral loading tests. Quality control for bored pile foundation work is slump test and concrete compressive strength.
