Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk membahas profil Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Temanggung, serta strategi divisi tersebut dalam membangun manajemen tim untuk meraih target kerja. Penulis menggunakan beberapa metode dalam pengumpulan data. Observasi adalah metode pertama yang digunakan. Penulis melakukan observasi langsung melalui kegiatan program magang di Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Temanggung. Metode yang kedua yaitu wawancara dengan Kepala Bagian. Penulis menggabungkan berbagai teori dari buku, artikel, serta jurnal. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif serta disajikan secara deskriptif. Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Temanggung merupakan divisi baru yang terdapat di Sekretariat Daerah Temanggung. Beberapa metode dan strategi yang digunakan untuk pembentukan tim yang solid antara lain perekrutan staff, studi banding ke daerah lain, pelatihan protokol bagi seluruh anggota divisi, serta penyusunan Prosedur Operasional Standar. Demi meraih target kerja, Kepala Bagian memiliki beberapa strategi yaitu pembentukan super tim, pengadaan evaluasi, dan adanya seragam khusus bagi pegawai di Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Temanggung.

This final project aims to discuss the profile of the Protocol and Governance Communications Division of the Regional Secretariat of Temanggung, as well as the division's strategy in building team management to achieve the work target. The writer using several methods in data collection. Observation is the first method used. The author made direct observations through the activities of the internship program at the Protocol and Governance Communication Division of the Regional Secretariat of Temanggung. The second method is an interview with the Head of Division. The author combines various theories from books, articles, and journals. The data collected then analyzed using qualitative methods and presented descriptively. The Protocol and Governance Communications Division of the Regional Secretariat of Temanggung is a new division in the Temanggung Regional Secretariat. Several methods and strategies used to form a solid team such as staff recruitment, comparative studies to other regional, protocol training for all members and division colleagues, as well as the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures. In order to achieve the work target, the Head of Division has several strategies, including the formation of super team, procurement of evaluations, and the existence of identity uniforms for employees in the Protocol and Governance Communication Division of the Regional Secretariat of Temanggung.
