ANALISIS PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI DI UNIT PELAYANAN TERPADU DAERAH (UPTD) PUSKESMAS SENTOLO II KABUPATEN KULON PROGO

Penggunaan teknologi informasi saat ini telah menyebar di berbagai aspek kehidupan tidak terkecuali di bidang kesehatan khususnya puskesmas. Banyak manfaat yang ditawarkan oleh suatu teknologi informasi antara lain kecepatan pemrosesan transaksi dan penyiapan laporan, keakuratan perhitungan, penyimpanan data, dan kemampuan multiprocessing. Puskesmas sebagai sarana pelayanan kesehatan di masyarakat membutuhkan dukungan sistem informasi dalam penyelenggaraan manajemen puskesmas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan di UPTD Puskesmas Sentolo II dengan melakukan wawancara dengan beberapa bagian yang berkaitan dengan penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi di puskesmas yang dilakukan secara daring. Penelitian ini menyajikan penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi pada UPTD Puskesmas Sentolo II dengan menganalisis beberapa komponen sistem informasi akuntansi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa walaupun UPTD Puskesmas Sentolo II belum terdapat software sistem informasi akuntansi yang diimplementasikan untuk membuat proses pengolahan dan pembuatan laporan keuangan menjadi otomatis, UPTD Puskesmas Sentolo II telah menerapkan komponen-komponen sistem informasi yang diperlukan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan. Sedangkan Microsoft Excel memenuhi kriteria sebagai sistem informasi akuntansi namun SIMPUS tidak memenuhi kriteria sistem informasi akuntansi.

The use of information technology today has spread in various aspects of life, no exception in the field of health, especially Puskesmas. Many of the benefits offered by an information technology include transaction processing speed and report preparation, calculation accuracy, data storage, and multiprocessing capabilities. Puskesmas as a means of health services in the community requires the support of information systems in the implementation of Puskesmas management. This study used data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation conducted at UPTD Puskesmas Sentolo II by conducting interviews with several sections related to the implementation of accounting information systems that conducted online at Puskesmas. This research presented the application of accounting information system in UPTD Puskesmas Sentolo II by analyzing several components of accounting information system. The results of this research showed that, although UPTD Puskesmas Sentolo II had no accounting information system software implemented to make the process of processing and making financial reports became automatic, UPTD Puskesmas Sentolo II had implemented the components of the information system needed to compile financial report. While Microsoft Excel met the criteria as an accounting information system but SIMPUS did not meet the criteria of accounting information system.
