Persepsi Wisatawan Terhadap Cafe Sawah Pujon Kidul Menggunakan Metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA)

Cafe Sawah Pujon Kidul merupakan restoran tematik yang berkonsep gabungan antara atraksi alam dan kuliner perdesaan. Perpaduan atraksi tersebut diharapkan dapat menciptakan suasana nostalgia, wisatawan dapat menikmati kuliner sederhana di tengah alam. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu, wisatawan cenderung mengesampingkan kuliner yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap atribut restoran tematik yang menjadi perhatian wisatawan sebagai dasar pengembangan wisata kuliner. Teori Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk menganalisis persepsi wisatawan terhadap restoran tematik Cafe Sawah Pujon Kidul. Dengan analisis ini, dapat diketahui atribut apa saja yang harus diperbaiki atau dipertahankan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada wisatawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh pengelompokan atribut ke dalam diagram Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Kuadran 1 memuat atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama, yaitu porsi, temperatur, variasi makanan, penunjuk arah, dan kebersihan. Kuadran II memuat atribut yang dipertahankan kinerjanya, terdiri dari kesopanan, perhatian, kecepatan penyajian, kesigapan, pengetahuan terhadap menu, kemudahan memperoleh tempat, kesegaran, kenyamanan, dan fasilitas cuci tangan. Kuadran III merupakan atribut yang prioritas rendah, terdiri dari nilai gizi, aroma, presentasi, cita rasa makanan, media penyaluran saran, makanan otentik, pembayaran non tunai, dan edukasi. Kuadran IV merupakan atribut yang kinerjanya berlebihan, terdiri dari karyawan yang menyambut wisatawan, suasana perdesaan, spot foto, dan kios oleh-oleh.

Cafe Sawah Pujon Kidul is a theme restaurant that combines the concept of natural attractions and rural cuisine. The combination of these attractions is expected to create a nostalgic atmosphere, tourists can enjoy simple culinary in the midst of nature. However, over time, tourists tend to put aside the culinary offerings. This study aims to determine the tourists' perceptions of the attributes of theme restaurant in Café Sawah Pujon Kidul that are of concern to tourists as the basis for developing culinary tourism. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) theory is used to analyze tourist perceptions of culinary tourism at Cafe Sawah Pujon Kidul. With this analysis, it can be seen what attributes must be improved or maintained their performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to the tourists. Based on the results of the study, the grouping of attribute into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram was obtained . Quadrant I contains attributes that are the main priority, namely portions, temperature, variety of food, directions, and cleanliness. Quadrant II contains attributes that are maintained in performance, consisting of politeness, attention, speed of presentation, agility, knowledge of the menu, ease of obtaining a place for dining, freshness, comfort, and hand washing facilities. Quadrant III is a low priority attribute, consisting of nutritional value, aroma, presentation, food taste, advice distribution media, authentic food, non-cash payments, and education. Quadrant IV is an attribute whose performance is excessive, consisting of employees who welcome tourists, rural atmosphere, photo spots, and souvenir stalls.
