IDENTIFIKASI KEINOVATIFAN UNTUK MENYOKONG RESILIENSI ORGANISASI: Studi Kasus pada PT Bumiputera Sekuritas

Resiliensi organisasi merupakan sarana penting dalam mengatasi kondisi force majeure, salah satunya Pandemi COVID-19. Pandemi telah memberikan dampak desruptif hampir diseluruh sektor dan aspek secara global, termasuk yang terdampak Indonesia khususnya industri pasar modal. Bumiputera Sekuritas merupakan salah satu perusahaan efek yang terdaftar dibawah Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bursa Efek Indonesia juga merasakan dampak perubahan pola transaksi di pasar modal. Walaupun demikian Bumiputera Sekuritas dapat menjalani kegiatan bisnis di kondisi krisis ini dengan baik dan tetap menghasilkan keuntungan. Kondisi Pandemi telah memasuki tahun kedua, Bumiputera Sekuritas mengkaji keinovatifan dari sumber daya yang dimiliki sebagai dasar resiliensi perusahaan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh Bumiputera Sekuritas. Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksplorasi dengan pendekatan secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data menggunaka metode wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan forum discussion group yang dilakukan terhadap dua belas responden yang terdiri dari pihak manajemen internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan indikator Resource-Based View terhadap keinovatifan organisasi dalam memenuhi kelima indikator resiliensi organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dicapainya kecukupan Modal Kerja Bersih Disesuaikan (MKBD) sebagai tanda kesehatan perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh indikator resiliensi dan sumberdaya perusahaan dengan baik. Bumiputera Sekuritas masih harus melakukan pengkajian lebih lanjut terhadap keinovatifan sumber daya yang kurang maksimal seperti pada divisi IT dan SDM. Studi ini menjembatani kesenjangan yang ada mengenai resiliensi organisasi dan memberikan dasar untuk penelitian masa depan.

Organizational resilience is an important tool in overcoming force majeure conditions, one of which is the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has had a destructive impact on almost all sectors and aspects globally, including those affected by Indonesia, especially the capital market industry. Bumiputera Sekuritas is one of the securities companies registered under the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange also feels the impact of changes in transaction patterns in the capital market. However, Bumiputera Sekuritas was able to carry out business activities in this crisis condition well and still generate profits. Pandemic conditions have entered its second year, Bumiputera Sekuritas examines the innovation of its resources as the basis for company resilience. The subject of this research is the resources owned by Bumiputera Sekuritas. This research is an exploratory study with a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection using in-depth interviews, observation, and forum discussion methods conducted on twelve respondents consisting of internal and external management. This study uses the Resource-Based View indicator on organizational innovation in fulfilling the five indicators of organizational resilience. The results of the study indicate that the achievement of adequacy of Net Adjusted Working Capital (MKBD) as a sign of company health is influenced by indicators of resilience and company resources well. Bumiputera Sekuritas still has to carry out further studies on the lack of optimal resource innovation, such as the IT and HR divisions. This study bridges the existing gap regarding organizational resilience and provides a basis for future research.
