Dampak Covid-19 Terhadap Tingkat Inflasi Indonesia

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan krisis dalam bidang kesehatan maupun ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak Covid-19 terhadap tingkat inflasi Indonesia. Penelitian ini ingin melihat bagaimana pengaruh adanya Covid-19 terhadap tingkat inflasi di Indonesia. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel pada 34 Provinsi di Indonesia dengan periode waktu dari triwulan I tahun 2017 hingga triwulan IV tahun 2020. Estimasi data panel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model efek tetap. Hasil dari estimasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Covid-19 berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap tingkat inflasi di Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, pemerintah tidak perlu mengkhawatirkan tentang masalah inflasi atas kebijakan yang akan diambil dalam menstabilkan perekonomian selama masa pandemi Covid-19.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a crisis in the health and economic fields. This study aims to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on Indonesia's inflation rate. This study wants to see how the influence of the Covid-19 on the inflation rate in Indonesia. The analysis used is panel data regression in 34 provinces in Indonesia with a period from the first quarter of 2017 to the fourth quarter of 2020. The estimation of panel data in this study uses a fixed-effect model. The results of these estimates show that Covid-19 has a significant negative effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia. Therefore, the government does not need to worry about the inflation problem due to the policies that will be taken to stabilize the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic
