Analisis Tingkat Preferensi Pemilihan Moda Transportasi Antar Kota Antar Provinsi dengan Metode AHP TOPSIS (Studi Kasus Rute Cilacap-Yogyakarta)

Perjalanan dari Cilacap menuju Yogyakarta dapat ditempuh dengan berbagai moda transportasi yaitu bisa menggunakan bus, mobil, maupun kereta api. Dalam memilih moda transportasi ada beberapa kriteria yang dapat dipakai yaitu waktu, tarif, frekuensi, aksesibilitas, kenyamanan, dan keselamatan. Setiap moda transportasi memiliki keunggulan di beberapa kriteria dan kelemahan di kriteria yang lain. Setiap kriteria saling mempengaruhi satu dengan yang lain sehingga perlu dianalisis secara mendalam kriteria apa saja yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda transportasi dari Cilacap menuju Yogyakarta. Analisis tingkat preferensi moda transportasi ini menggunakan metode AHP-TOPSIS dalam menentukan bobot kriteria dan preferensi moda transportasi. Dengan melibatkan hasil analisis dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden (user), penelitian ini dapat menganalisis preferensi moda transportasi AKAP dari Cilacap menuju Yogyakarta. Penelitian dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis sensitivitas untuk melihat pengaruh perubahan nilai kriteria terhadap preferensi dalam pemilihan alternatif moda transportasi. Hasil analisis menunjukan dari responden yang berjumlah 20 orang terdapat 55% memiliki pendapatan rendah, 10% memiliki pendapatan menengah, 35% memiliki pendapatan tinggi. Kemudian data hasil pengisian kuesioner tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode AHP-TOPSIS. Dengan metode AHP didapatkan hasil penilaian bobot kriteria yaitu keselamatan (47,80%), kenyamanan (19,78%), waktu perjalanan (12,47%), frekuensi (12,12%), dan terakhir biaya (7,83%). Selanjutnya dengan metode TOPSIS didapatkan hasil dari preferensi pemilihan moda transportasi yaitu rangking pertama diraih oleh mobil (0,73), kedua oleh bus (0,66), dan ketiga oleh kereta api (0,58). Hasil uji sensitivitas menunjukan bahwa peningkatan bobot kriteria kenyamanan akan menurunkan prioritas moda bus, sementara untuk moda kereta api dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara menambahkan bobot pada kriteria biaya.

The journey from Cilacap to Yogyakarta can be reached by various modes of transportation, namely by bus, car, or train. In choosing a mode of transportation, there are several criteria that can be used, namely time, tariff, frequency, accessibility, convenience, and safety. Each mode of transportation has advantages in some criteria and weaknesses in other criteria. Each criterion affects each other so it is necessary to analyze in depth what criteria affect the choice of transportation mode from Cilacap to Yogyakarta. The analysis of the level of preference for this mode of transportation uses the AHPTOPSIS method in determining the weight of the criteria and preferences for transportation modes. By involving the results of the analysis of the questionnaires filled out by the respondents (users), this study can analyze the preferences of AKAP transportation modes from Cilacap to Yogyakarta. The study continued by analyzing the sensitivity to see the effect of changes in the value of the criteria on preferences in the selection of alternative modes of transportation. The results of the analysis show that of the 20 respondents, 55% have low income, 10% have middle income, 35% have high income. Then the data from filling out the questionnaire was analyzed using the AHP-TOPSIS method. With the AHP method, the results of the assessment of criteria weights are safety (47.80%), comfort (19.78%), travel time (12.47%), frequency (12.12%), and lastly cost (7.83% ). Furthermore, with the TOPSIS method, the results obtained from the preference for the choice of transportation mode, namely the first rank was achieved by car (0.73), second by bus (0.66), and thirdly by train (0.58). The results of the sensitivity test show that increasing the weight of the comfort criteria will reduce the priority of the bus mode, while for the train mode it can be increased by adding weight to the cost criteria.
