Perencanaan dan Pelaksanaan Struktur Tangga Pracetak pada Pembangunan Pemondokan dan Rumah Tinggal Graha Meena

Metode precast (pracetak) saat ini sedang marak digunakan dalam pembangunan konstruksi sipil. Hal ini dikarenakan metode pracetak memiliki beberapa keunggulan dibandingkan metode konvensional (cast in site). Kelebihannya antara lain proses produksinya tidak tergantung cuaca, tidak memerlukan tempat penyimpanan material yang luas, tidak memerlukan bekisting yang banyak, waktu pengerjaan yang relatif singkat, biaya relatif murah, kontrol kualitas beton lebih terjamin, kesehatan, keselamatan, dan ramah lingkungan. Pembangunan pemondokan dan rumah tinggal Graha Meena berlokasi di Trihanggo, Gamping, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pembangunan ini terdiri dari 8 lantai. Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan struktur tangga pada pembangunan ini menggunakan metode precast (pracetak). Tangga adalah jalur bergerigi yang menghubungkan satu lantai dengan lantai diatasnya, dan berguna menjadi jalan untuk naik turun dari ataupun menuju lantai atas maupun bawah. Bentuk tangga yang digunakan pada pembangunan pemondokan dan rumah tinggal Graha Meena adalah berbalik arah model U karena paling efisien, tidak terlalu melebar atau tidak membutuhkan tempat yang luas untuk penempatannya. Dari perhitungan perencanaan tangga pracetak, jumlah anak tangga untuk tangga lantai lobi adalah 30 buah anak tangga, jumlah anak tangga untuk tangga lantai 2 sampai tangga lantai 6 adalah 115 buah anak tangga, dan jumlah anak tangga untuk lantai 7 ke lantai 8 adalah 29 buah anak tangga. Dari hasil perhitungan tulangan pada tangga dan bordes, maka digunakan tulangan D10-100. Dengan luas tulangan yang di dapatkan dari perhitungan tangga dan bordes, hasil yang di dapat aman. Pelaksanaan struktur tangga pracetak terdiri dari pengaturan survei, rebar installation, proses quality control precast, pemasangan steger atau scaffolding, erection memakai mobile crane, pekerjaan setting tangga precast, dan setelah proses setting selesai kemudian di grouting sampai siap digunakan.

The planning and implementation of the staircase structure in this development uses the precast method. Stairs are jagged paths that connect one floor to the floor above, and are useful as a way to go up and down from or to the upper and lower floors. The shape of the ladder used in the construction of the cottages and residential houses of Graha Meena is reversed towards the U model because it is the most efficient, not too wide or does not require a large space for placement. From the precast staircase planning calculation, the number of stairs for the lobby floor stairs is 30 stairs, the number of stairs for the 2nd floor stairs to the 6th floor stairs is 115 stairs, and the number of stairs for the 7th floor to the 8th floor is 29 children. stairs. From the calculation results of reinforcement on stairs and landings, D10-100 reinforcement is used. With the area of reinforcement obtained from the calculation of stairs and landings, the results obtained are safe. The implementation of the precast staircase structure consists of survey settings, rebar installation, precast quality control process, installation of steger or scaffolding, erection using a mobile crane, precast ladder setting work, and after the setting process is complete then grouting until ready for use.
