AQUATIC CENTER PADA MASTERPLAN FASILITAS PUBLIK KABUPATEN BREBES

Kemajuan teknologi dan transformasi zaman ini sangat meningkatkan angka wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Pada Kabupaten Brebes yang pada mulanya memang memiliki jalan utama yang akan dilewati kendaraan bermobil apabila melewati Jawa Tengah atau mengarah ke Jakarta, Kabupaten Brebes memiliki potensi sebagai tujuan wisatawan. Sedangkan pembangunan akses jalan tol yang melintasi Kabupaten Brebes mengakibatkan berkurangnya beberapa wisatawan yang mampir ke Kabupaten Brebes. Hal tersebut menggerakan pemerintah Kabupaten Brebes dalam pembangunan Masterplan Fasilitas Publik Kabupaten Brebes yang mana dapat menjadi fasilitas umum masyarakat dan dayatari bagi wisatawan. Pada Masterplan sendiri memiliki rencana beberapa objek bangunan yang mana salah satunya adalah Aquatic Center. Aquatic Center pada Masterplan Fasilitas Publik Kabupaten Brebes bertujuan sebagai atraksi menjadi daya tarik wisatawan sekaligus fasilitas atlet renang Kabupaten Brebes untuk pelatihan dan Lomba lintas Kecamatan. Dipadukan dengan keingin Pemerintah Kabupaten Brebes dalam pembangunan yang dapat menjadi warga dan menyadarkan pentingnya keberlanjutan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam secara maksimal pada suatu tapak bangunan, perlunya bangunan dengan pendekatan arsitektur Bioklimatik. Aquatic Center dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Bioklimatik adalah solusi pada tapak dan tipologi yang diinginkan pada rencana satu dari komponen Masterplan Fasilitas Publik Kabupaten Brebes.

Nowadays technological advances and transformations have greatly increased the number of tourists visiting. In Brebes Regency, which initially had the main road through which any vehicle would pass through Central Java or head to Jakarta, Brebes Regency has the potential as a tourist destination. Meanwhile, the construction of toll road access that crosses Brebes Regency has resulted in a decrease in the number of tourists who stop by Brebes Regency. This drives the government of Brebes Regency in the construction of the Brebes Regency Public Facilities Master Plan which can become public facilities for the community and attractive for tourists. The Masterplan itself has plans for several building objects, one of which is the Aquatic Center. The Aquatic Center in the Brebes Regency Public Facilities Master Plan aims to be a tourist attraction as well as a facility for swimming athletes in Brebes Regency for training and competitions across districts. Combined with the wishes of the Brebes Regency Government in development that can become citizens and make them aware of the importance of sustainability and maximum utilization of natural resources on a building site, the need for buildings with a Bioclimatic Architecture approach. Aquatic Center with the Bioclimatic Architecture approach is a solution to the desired site and typology in plan one of the components of the Brebes Regency Public Facilities Master Plan.
