Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional, dan kecerdasan emosi dengan komitmen afektif organisasi . Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan tranfomasional, kepemimpinan transaksional, dan kecerdasan emosi dengan komitmen afektif organisasi.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode proporsional sampling. subjek penelitian adalah karyawan PG Krebet Baru sebanyak 176 orang dari bagian Tata Usaha Kantor, Bagian Tanaman, Bagian Instalasi dan Bagian Fabrikasi. Data diperoleh melalui tiga macam angket yaitu .Wdtiple Ie~~dei-shqipu estionnaire ( MLQ) , angket kecerdasan emosi dan angket komitmen afektif pa& organisasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi multi prediktor dan korelasi parsial. Hasil analisis regesi menunjukkan ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan tranformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional, kecerdasan emosi dengan komitmen afektif organisasi . Sedang hasil analisis korelasi parsial menunjukkan ( 1 ) ada hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan komitmen afektif organisasi (2) ada hubungan negatif antara kepemimpinan transaksional dengan komitmen afektif organisasi (3) ada hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosi dengan komitmen afektif organisasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan tranformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional, kecerdasan emosi dengan komitmen afektif organisasi

This research was aimed to find the relationship between transformational leadership. transactional leadership, and emotional intelligence with affective commitment to organization . Hypothesis was postulated that there is relationship between transformational leadership, transactional leadership. and emotional intelligence with affective commitment to organization. Ths reseach used proportional sampling method, the samples were 176 employees from administration department, Plant department, Instalation department and Fabrication department. The data were collected by three questionnaires that is Multiple leadership questionnaire MLQ), emotional intelligence questionnaire, and affective Commitment to organization questionnaire Data were analysed by using multiple regression analysis and partial correlation. The result of this research are (1) there was relationship between transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and emotional intelligence with affective commitment to organization (2) there was a positive correlation between transformational leadership with affective commitment to organization (3) there was a negative correlation between transactional leadership with affective commitment to organization (4) there was a positive correlation between emotional intelligence with affective commitment to organization Jn conclution there is relationship between transfonnational leadership, transactional leadership, and emotional intelligence with affective commitment to organization.
