PERAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN HUTAN KOTA TAMAN IMPIAN BUMI PATI DAN HUTAN KOTA KALIDORO DI KABUPATEN PATI

Hutan Kota Taman Bumi Pati dan Hutan Kota Kalidoro merupakan salah satu contoh hutan kota yang berada di Kota Pati yang berfungsi sebagai pendukung kota hijau yang berketahanan iklim dan bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan Hutan Kota Taman Impian Bumi Pati dan Hutan Kota Kalodoro. Peran yang diteliti mengacu pada Pasal 35 Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 63 Tahun 2002 tentang Hutan Kota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui alat bantu kuisoner dengan responden masyarakat Plangitan dan Kalidoro. Sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pihak pengelola. Pemilihan responden didasarkan pada rumus Slovin yang dihitung dari populasi warga di Kelurahan Kalidoro dan Desa Plangitan yakni sebanyak 87 responden masyarakat Kelurahan Kalidoro dan 91 responden masyarakat Desa Plangitan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui tingkat persepsi warga Kelurahan Kalidoro menyatakan pemerintah bertanggung jawab dalam penyelenggaraan hutan kota sebesar 43% dengan tingkat kebersediaan berperan 98%, sementara sebesar 60% warga Desa Plangitan menyatakan pemerintah yang harus berperan dan 99% responden menyatakan masyarakat perlu terlibat. Dari segi keterlibatan masyarakat, 78% responden Kalidoro telah terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan hutan kota namun intensitas rendah berdasarkan skala likert yakni 1,40. Sementara masyarakat Plangitan, 86% responden telah terlibat dengan intensitas rendah atau 1,26. Kedua lokasi menunjukan bahwa masyarakat telah berperan namun dalam intensitas sangat rendah atau dikategorikan pada range "tidak pernah berperan". Peran masyarakat sebatas dalam menjaga, memelihara dan meningkatkan fungsi hutan kota dilatar belakangi oleh manfaat yang dirasakan.

Taman Bumi Pati Urban Forest and Kalidoro Urban Forest are examples of urban forests located in Pati City which function as supporters of a green city that is climate and disaster resilient. This study aims to determine the role of the community in the implementation of the Taman Impian Bumi Pati Urban Forest and Kalodoro Urban Forest. The role studied refers to Article 35 of the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 63 of 2002 concerning Urban Forests. The research method used was a survey method, primary data collection was carried out through questionnaires with respondents from the Plangitan and Kalidoro communities. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from interviews with the manager. The selection of respondents is based on the Slovin formula which is calculated from the population of residents in Kalidoro and Plangitan villages, namely as many as 87 respondents from the Kalidoro Village community and 91 respondents from the Plangitan Village community. The sampling technique was carried out by simple random sampling. From the results of the study, it is known that the perception level of Kalidoro Village residents states that the government is responsible for managing the urban forest by 43% with a level of willingness to play a role of 98%, while 60% of Plangitan Village residents state that the government must play a role and 99% of respondents say the community needs to be involved. In terms of community involvement, 78% of Kalidoro respondents have been involved in managing the urban forest but the intensity is low based on the Likert scale, namely 1.40. While the Plangitan community, 86% of respondents have been involved with low intensity or 1.26. Both locations show that the community has played a role but in very low intensity or are categorized in the range "never played a role". The role of the community is limited to maintaining, maintaining and improving the function of the urban forest because of the perceived benefits.
