Sistem Informasi Zonasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) Tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Kejuruan (SMA dan SMK) Berbasis WebGIS di Kabupaten Klaten

Sistem zonasi merupakan sistem baru dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia yang berfokus pada penerimaan peserta didik baru berdasarkan zona tempat tinggal. Sistem ini terus mengalami perubahan demi mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas, namun tidak selamanya perubahan tersebut berjalan dengan semestinya. Permasalahan yang sering dijumpai oleh calon peserta didik saat proses PPDB berlangsung terletak pada perbedaan hasil perhitungan jarak antara titik acuan dengan titik sekolah yang dilakukan calon siswa dibandingkan pihak sekolah hingga kebingungan para calon siswa pada sistem yang sedang berlaku. Tujuan dari penelitian ini berupa membangun basis data sekolah berbasis zonasi dengan sistem informasi geografi beserta dengan membangun dan mendesain Web GIS zonasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Kejuruan di Kabupaten Klaten Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik overlay data spasial seperti koordinat lokasi sekolah, koordinat lokasi kantor kepala desa dan kelurahan, serta batas administrasi Kabupaten Klaten pada ArcGIS Pro sehingga dapat diintegrasikan dengan ArcGIS Online dan membentuk Web GIS perhitungan jarak dengan basisi data didalamnya. Database yang dibuat dapat menampilkan informasi sekolah yang telah dikumpulkan pada Microsoft Excel maupun yang berasal dari Survey123. Penyajian Web GIS ditampilkan dalam berbagai fitur yakni Web App, Dashboard, StoryMaps, dan Survey123 Basis data yang dibangun disajikan dalam tampilan pop-up dengan informasi yang berbeda sesuai dengan fitur yang digunakan. Pop-up pada Web App dan Dashboard berisi tentang profil sekolah sementara pada StoryMaps akan tertampil deskripsi dan foto sekolah. Data hasil pengolahan ditampilkan pada fitur Web App, Dashboard, dan StoryMaps yang masing-masing terdapat widget memiliki fungsi untuk mempermudah penggunaan Web GIS. Semua fitur yang telah diolah digabungkan menjadi satu interface yang sama melalui Experience Builder. Web GIS dinilai kelayakannya dengan uji sistem melalui survei kepada 44 responden yang menghasilkan nilai 80,030% menandakan bahwa Web GIS tergolong baik

The zoning system is a new system in Indonesia's education that focuses on receiving new learners based on living zones. This system of things continues to change to realize quality education, but these changes do not always work properly. The problem often encountered by prospective students when the new students enrollment process is the difference between the point of reference and school point that prospective students do compared to the school even the problem of confusing with the current system. The purpose of this research is to build a zoning-based school database with a geographic information system along with building and designing a zoning Web GIS for New Student Enrollment at Senior High School and Vocational High School in Klaten Regency. The method used is qualitative with spatial data overlay techniques such as the coordinates of the school location, the coordinates of the location of the village and sub-district head offices, as well as the administrative boundaries of Klaten Regency on ArcGIS Pro so that it can be integrated with ArcGIS Online and form Web GIS for calculating distances with the data base in it. The database created can display school information that has been collected in Microsoft Excel or from Survey123. Web GIS presentation is displayed in various features, namely Web App, Dashboard, StoryMaps, and Survey123 The database that is built is presented in a pop-up view with different information according to the features used. Pop-ups on the Web App and Dashboard contain school profiles while on StoryMaps a description and school photo will appear. The data is displayed on Web App, Dashboard, and Storymaps that each contains a widget that serves to facilitate Web GIS use. All the preprogrammed features together form one interface through the Experience Builder. Web GIS are assessed as a system test through surveys of 44 respondents who scored 80,030% and showed that they were good.
