Puskesmas merupakan salah satu unit pelaksana teknis kesehatan yang dirasa perlu memiliki suatu sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk mengelola atau memanajemen keluar masuknya data dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar menjadi unit pelaksana teknis kesehatan yang inovatif, efektif, responsif, dan efisien dengan tidak mengurangi misi sosial yang diembannya. Hal ini dipertimbangkan mengingat beberapa kinerja pelayanan sistem yang berjalan pada sebagian puskesmas secara umum belum bekerja secara optimal karena pengolahan data didalamnya masih menggunakan metode pembukuan manual. Sehingga hal tersebut menyebabkan pelayanan pasien pada puskesmas menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, pemberian label resep pada obat pasien yang masih dilakukan secara manual dengan metode tulis tangan pun dirasa kurang efektif dan sulit dibaca oleh pasien. Dengan demikian, dirancanglah suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu apoteker dalam mengelola data agar dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih efisien, efektif, dan akurat. Sistem informasi ini akan dapat membantu apoteker dalam melakukan pengolahan data seperti pengolahan data obat, pasien, resep, dan memberikan keluaran berupa label cetak resep yang akan memudahkan pasien dalam membaca petunjuk aturan pakai pada obat yang diberikan. Sistem informasi ini dibangun berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Javascript dengan bantuan framework Laravel dan Vuejs serta perangkat lunak Visual Studio Code, dan MySQL. Hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi ini nantinya akan diuji oleh apoteker dengan beberapa skenario pengujian sebelum benar � benar dipakai pada puskesmas.

Puskesmas is one of the health technical implementation units which is deemed necessary to have an information system that is used to manage the entry and exit of data in order to improve service quality so that it becomes an innovative, effective, responsive, and efficient health technical implementation unit without reducing the social mission it carries. This is considered because some of the performance of the system services that are running at some health centers in general have not worked optimally because the data processing in them still uses the manual bookkeeping method. So that this causes patient services at the puskesmas to be ineffective and inefficient. In addition, the labeling of prescription drugs for patients who still use the manual method with the handwritten method is felt to be less effective and difficult for patients to read. Therefore, an information system was designed that could assist pharmacists in managing data in order to improve health services that were more efficient, effective, and accurate. This information system will be able to assist pharmacists in processing data such as processing drug data, patients, prescriptions, and providing output in the form of printed prescription labels that will make it easier for patients to read the instructions for use on the drugs. This information system is built on a web basis using the Javascript programming language with the help of the Laravel and Vuejs framework, Visual Studio Code software, and MySQL. The results of this information system will later be tested by pharmacists with several test scenarios before they are actually used at the puskesmas.
