Peers' Attitude toward Student with Disability: A Case Study in A Vocational Inclusive School

Inclusive education is beneficial for students with disabilities, although some concerns need to be considered, such as the peers attitude toward the student with a disability. This case study aimed to explore the peers' attitude toward the student with a disability in an Indonesian Vocational Inclusive School. The data was obtained from four students, two teachers, and two parents using a semi-structured interview. The data analysis process used thematic analysis as the approach. The current study found peers attitude toward the student with disability manifested through personal inclinations which consisted of cognitions, behavioural, as well as values. The study also found relation elements and surrounding environment that might shape peers attitudes toward the student with disability.
