Literature Review: Penerapan Standar Desain Formulir Rekam Medis Berbasis Kertas di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan

Latar Belakang: Desain formulir rekam medis merupakan salah satu indikator mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang menjadi akar permasalahan lain akibat ketidakakuratan data yang dihasilkan apabila desain tidak sesuai dengan standar. Sudah banyak penelitian primer yang berkaitan dengan analisis desain formulir rekam medis, tetapi belum ditemukan literature review terkait topik tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan literature review terhadap penelitian-penelitian tersebut sehingga menjadi latest basic knowledge dalam konteks Indonesia sebagai batasannya, yaitu dari penelitian-penelitian primer yang mengambil tempat di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan Indonesia. Tujuan: Mereview literatur terkait dengan analisis desain formulir rekam medis berbasis kertas di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah literature review. Sumber data berasal dari google scholar, sciencedirect, dan pubmed. Dari 44 literatur, didapatkan 10 literatur yang memenuhi kriteria tahun publikasi 2015-2021, literatur terkait analisis desain formulir rekam medis di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan Indonesia, menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris, dan full text. Hasil: Dari 10 literatur, komponen analisis yang digunakan terbagi menjadi aspek fisik, anatomi, dan isi. Pada aspek fisik, hanya 1 dari 4 komponen yang 100% sesuai dengan standar, yaitu ukuran kertas. Kemudian, 4 dari 5 komponen pada aspek anatomi memiliki persentase kesesuaian dengan standar sebesar 0%. Pada aspek isi, terdapat 1 dari 3 komponen yang memiliki persentase kesesuaian sebesar 0%, yaitu kelengkapan item. Kesimpulan: Masih banyak desain formulir yang tidak sesuai dengan standar, baik aspek fisik, anatomi, maupun isi. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan untuk mengkaji lebih banyak lagi literatur yang terkait sehingga menjadi lebih lengkap.

Background: The design of the medical record form is one indicator of the quality of health services which is the root of other problems due to the inaccuracy of the data produced if the design is not in accordance with the standards. There have been many primary studies related to the analysis of medical record form design, but no literature review has been found regarding this topic. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting a literature review of these studies so that they become the latest basic knowledge in the Indonesian context as a limitation, namely from primary studies that take place in Indonesian health care facilities. Purpose: Reviewing the literature related to the analysis of paper-based medical record form designs in health care facilities. Methods: This type of research is a literature review. The data sources come from Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and Pubmed. From 44 literatures, there were 10 literatures that met the criteria for the 2015-2021 publication year, literature related to the analysis of medical record form designs in Indonesian health care facilities, using Indonesian or English, and full text. Results: From the 10 literatures, the analysis components used are divided into physical, anatomical, and content aspects. On the physical aspect, only 1 out of 4 components conform 100% to the standard, namely the paper size. Then, 4 out of 5 components in the anatomical aspect have a conformance percentage with the standard of 0%. In the content aspect, there are 1 out of 3 components that have a conformity percentage of 0%, namely item completeness. Conclusion: There are still many form designs that do not meet the standards, both in terms of physical, anatomical, and content aspects. Future researchers are expected to review more related literature so that it becomes more complete.
