PERANCANGAN APLIKASI MOBILE REKAM KESEHATAN PERSONAL

Latar Belakang : Sistem pencatatan rekam medis yang digunakan saat ini masih lemah karena data rekam medis pasien hanya tersimpan secara lokal di tempat dimana pasien melakukan pemeriksaan dan pengobatan. Selain itu, terjadinya misfile mengakibatkan terhambatnya penyediaan berkas rekam medis, sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan dokter kepada pasien juga menjadi terhambat. Tujuan : Merancang aplikasi mobile rekam kesehatan personal untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam menyimpan dan mengelola catatan kesehatannya. Metode : Perancangan menggunakan metode pengembangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall atau air terjun yang dimulai dari perencanaan, analisis, hingga desain. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap subjek perancangan yang terdiri dari dokter dan mahasiswa serta studi observasi terhadap aplikasi sebelumnya yaitu aplikasi Helopt. Hasil : Hasil perancangan berupa desain proses yang terdiri dari Diagram Konteks dan Diagram Alir Data (DAD) level 1, desain basis data yang terdiri dari Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), kamus data, dan relasi antar tabel, serta desain tampilan antarmuka yang terdiri dari tiga belas menu utama yaitu beranda, penyimpanan catatan kesehatan, konsultasi kesehatan, family folder, berbagi catatan kesehatan, riwayat penyakit, tanda vital, hasil laboratorium, survei kesehatan, tips dan artikel kesehatan, notifikasi, pengingat, dan pengaturan. Kesimpulan : Rancangan aplikasi mobile rekam kesehatan personal dibuat sesuai kebutuhan pengguna dan telah disetujui setelah dilakukan evaluasi rancangan terhadap responden penelitian. Diharapkan bagi peneliti lain dapat melanjutkan perancangan ini agar menjadi sebuah bentuk purwarupa aplikasi.

Background : The currently used medical record-keeping system still has a weakness because patient's medical records are stored only locally in places where check-ups and treatments are performed. Furthermore, the incidence of misfile results in a slowing down of the supply of medical records, so the treatment given by the doctor to the patient is hampered. Objective : Designed mobile personal health records applications to make it easier for users to store and manage their health records. Methods : The design uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a waterfall model, started from planning, analysis, to design. Data collection was carried out by interviewing design subjects consisting of doctors and students as well as observational studies of the previous application, namely the Helopt application. Results : The design results are in the form of a design process consisting of a Context Diagram and Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 1, a database design consisting of an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), a data dictionary, and relationships between tables, and an interface design consisting of thirteen the main menu is the homepage, storing health records, health consultation, family folder, sharing health records, history diseases, vital signs, laboratory results, health surveys, health tips and articles, notifications, reminders, and settings. Conclusion : The design of the personal health records mobile application is made according to user needs and has been approved after evaluating the design of the research respondents. It is hoped that other researchers can continue this design so that it becomes a form of application.
