TINJAUAN LITERATUR : FAKTOR PENYEBAB MISFILE BERKAS REKAM MEDIS DI RUMAH SAKIT

Latar Belakang : Misfile masih menjadi kendala dalam penyimpanan rekam medis di berbagai rumah sakit. Dampak dari misfile adalah ketidaksianmbungan riwayat kesehatan pasien. Penelitian literature review terkait faktor penyebab misfile rekam medis di RS berdasarkan unsur 5M perlu dilakukan karena belum ada penelitian sebelumnya yang mengidentifikasi berdasarkan unsur 5M . Tujuan : Menganalisis dan mereview literatur yang mempelajari tentang faktor-faktor penyebab misfile berkas rekam medis di RS. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan rumah sakit sebagai population dan faktor penyebab misfile BRM sebagai outcome. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari Google Scholar, e-resources Perpusnas, Garuda, ScienceDirect, Cochrane library dan PubMed. Tahun terbit literatur adalah 2017-2021, literatur terkait faktor penyebab misfile BRM, menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris, dan fulltext. Hasil : 12 literatur menyatakan faktor penyebab misfile BRM di RS berdasarkan faktor man yaitu latar belakang pendidikan, pelatihan, motivasi, jumlah petugas, usia tidak produktif, lama bekerja, dan ketidakdisiplinan petugas. Faktor material yaitu map RM, tracer, rak penyimpanann dan buku ekspedisi. Faktor machine yaitu komputer dan SIMRS. Faktor method yaitu SPO, sistem penyimpanan desentralisasi, dan sistem penjajaran SNF. Faktor money adalah pendanaan untuk alat pendukung dalam kegiatan filing. Kesimpulan : Tidak digunakannya tracer merupakan faktor penyebab utama terjadinya misfile. Petugas perlu menggunakan tracer dalam melakukan kegiatan filing untuk meminimalisir misfile.

Background : Misfile is still a problem in filing medical records in various hospitals. The impact of misfile is discontinuity of patient's medical history. Literature review research about the factors causing medical record misfiles in hospitals based on 5M elements needs to be done because there has been no previous research that identifies use 5M elements. Objective : Analyzing and reviewing the literature with the topic of the factors causing misfiles of medical records in the hospital. Methods : This study used the hospital as the population and the factors causing medical record misfiles as the outcome. The data sources came from GoogleScholar, e-resources perpusnas, Garuda, ScienceDirect, CochraneLibrary and PubMed. Publication year is 2017-2021, literature related to the factors causing medical record misfiles, using Indonesian or English, and full text. Result : 12 literature states that the factors causing medical record misfiles in hospitals are based on man factors includes educational background, training, motivation, number of officers, unproductive age, length of work, and staff indiscipline. Material factors includes medical record folder, tracer, storage racks and expedition book. Machine factors includes computers and SIMRS. Methods factors include SOP, decentralized storage systems, and SNF alignment systems. Money factor is funding for supporting tools in filing activities. Conclusion : Not using a tracer is a major cause of misfile. Officers need to use tracers in carrying out filing activities to minimize misfiles.
