HUBUNGAN INFRASTRUKTUR DAN KONDISI SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DI KABUPATEN NUNUKAN

Kabupaten Nunukan sebagai kawasan perbatasan mempunyai paradigma pembangunan yang berfokus pada pembangunan infrastruktur guna mempercepat peningkatan kesejahteraan. Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan infrastruktur sosial ekonomi serta hubungan infrastruktur dengan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat pada wilaah Kabupaten Nunukan dari 2015 hingga 2019. Untuk mengetahui ketersediaan infrastruktur dan kondisi sosial ekonomi Kabupaten Nunukan didasarkan pada data kondisi eksisting yang didapatkan melalui kumpulan data sekunder. Kemudian dilakukan analisis ketersediaan infrastruktur dengan menggunakan ketentuan berdasarkan Kepmen Kimpraswil No.534. KPTS 2001 dan SNI 03-1733-2004. Selain itu, juga dilakukan analisa berdasarakan hasil persepsi masyarakat mengenai dampak pembangunan infrastruktur pada kondisi sosial ekonomi. Hasil dari penelitian adalah dari tahun 2015 hingga 2019, beberapa infrastruktur di Kabupaten Nunukan yang meningkat adalah jalan, listrik, air bersih, pasar, rumah sakit, posyandu, klinik dan polindes, SMP, SMA/SMK dan perguruan tinggi. Selain itu, dari hasil evaluasi ketersediaan infrastruktur, terdapat beberapa infrastruktur yang sudah sesuai dengan standar ketentuan yaitu jalan, pasar, SMP dan perguruan tinggi, rumah sakit, posyandu dan puskesmas sedangkan infrastruktur listrik, air bersih, SD, SMA/SMK dan klinik belum sesuai dengan standar ketersediaan. Hubungan yang terjadi pada infrastruktur dan kondisi sosial ekonomi adalah terjadi peningkatan pada pola pekerjaan, tingkat partispasi angkatan kerja, tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan dan pengeluaran seiring dengan peningkatan pada infrastruktur. Sedangkan permasalahan seperti angka putus sekolah, pengangguran dan kemiskinan tidak berpengaruh pada peningkatan infrastruktur.

Kabupaten Nunukan as a border area has a development paradigm with a focus on development infrastructure to accelerate welfare improvement. This research has a starting point for information on economic infrastructure and infrastructure infrastructure with the socio-economic conditions of the community in the Kabupaten Nunukan area from 2015 to 2019. To determine the availability of infrastructure and the socio-economic conditions of Kabupaten Nunukan, it is based on existing data, it was obtained through secondary data collection. This study using the analysis of the availability of infrastructure carried out with the provisions based on the Kepmen Kimpraswil No.534. KPTS 2001 and SNI 03-1733-2004. In addition, an analysis is also carried out based on the results of public perceptions regarding the impact of infrastructure development on socio-economic conditions. The results of the research are that from 2015 to 2019, some of the infrastructure in Nunukan Regency that has increased are roads, electricity, clean water, markets, hospitals, posyandu, clinics and polindes, junior high schools, high schools / vocational schools and universities. In addition, from the results of the evaluation of the availability of infrastructure, there are several infrastructures that are in accordance with regulatory standards, namely roads, markets, junior high schools and colleges, hospitals, posyandu and puskesmas, while the infrastructure for electricity, clean water, SD, SMA / SMK and clinics is not yet suitable with standard availability. The relationship that occurs in infrastructure and socio-economic conditions is that there is an increase in work patterns, the level of labor force participation, education levels, income and expenditure along with the increase in infrastructure. Meanwhile, problems such as dropout rates, unemployment and poverty have no effect on improving infrastructure.
