Penyusunan Standard Operating Procedure Berbasis Integrated Farming Education di Lokasi Agrowisata Kebun Kuncup, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) merupakan alur penting dalam sebuah kegiatan, salah satunya ialah kegiatan agrowisata. Tanpa adanya SOP, kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan tidak efisien dan terorganisir. Tujuan penulisan proyek akhir ini untuk: (1) Mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur penting dalam penyusunaan SOP di Kebun Kuncup, (2) Menyusun SOP yang sesuai dalam pelaksanaan agrowisata berbasis Integrated Farming System di Kebun Kuncup. Proses pengumpulan data yang dilakukan mencakup metode observasi partisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Penulis ikut turun langsung dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan agrowisata di Kebun Kuncup sehingga penulis dapat menganalisis rumusan masalah serta SOP yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penyusunan SOP yang dibentuk telah memenuhi unsur- unsur penting dalam penyusunan SOP yaitu halaman judul, halaman untuk daftar isi, fungsi atau unit kerja yang terlibat, tanggal pembuatan, tanggal revisi, tanggal pengesahan, dasar hukum, tujuan prosedur, rentang waktu, indikator keberhasilan, dokumen terkait, pihak yang menyiapkan prosedur, dan pihak yang memeriksa dan mengesahkan prosedur, hanya satu point yang belum terpenuhi yaitu keputusan pimpinan tentang penetapan dokumen SOP, (2) Tahap mekanisme penyusunan SOP telah dilaksanakan yaitu penyusunan SOP dan pengembangan SOP. Sementara pada penerapan SOP tidak dapat dilaksanakan keseluruhan dikarenakan pada saat ini belum ada SDM yang memenuhi. Tujuan dari pembuatan SOP ini adalah untuk melengkapi prosedur kegiatan agrowisata dan dapat diterapkan pada saat SDM telah lengkap. Terdapat empat SOP yang telah dirancang yaitu SOP pemesanan, SOP persiapan, SOP kegiatan, dan SOP pemasaran. Empat SOP tersebut dapat menunjang kegiatan pelayanan dan promosi agrowisata di Kebun Kuncup.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is an important flow in an activity, one of which is agro-tourism activities. Without the SOP, the activities to be carried out are not efficient and organized. The purpose of writing this final project was to: (1) identify important elements in the preparation of SOPs in Kebun Kuncup, (2) develop appropriate SOPs in the implementation of agro-tourism based on Integrated Farming System in Kebun Kuncup. The data collection process includes participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The author participated directly in the implementation of agro-tourism activities in Kebun Kuncup so that the author was analyze the problem formulation and the required SOP. The results showed that (1) the preparation of the SOP that was formed had fulfilled the important elements in the preparation of the SOP, namely the title page, page for table of contents, functions or work units involved, date of manufacture, date of revision, date of ratification, legal basis, purpose of the procedure, time span, success indicators, related documents, parties who prepare procedures, and parties who check and ratify procedures, only one point has not been fulfilled, namely the leadership's decision regarding the determination of SOP documents, (2) The stage of the SOP preparation mechanism alredy implemented, namely the preparation of SOP and SOP development. Meanwhile, the implementation of the SOP cannot be implemented in its entirety because at this time there are no human resources that meet the requirements.. The purpose of making this SOP is to complete the procedure for agro-tourism activities and can be applied when human resources are complete. There are four SOPs that have been designed, namely ordering SOPs, preparation SOPs, activity SOPs, and marketing SOPs. The four SOPs can support service activities and promotion of agro-tourism in Kebun Kuncup.
