resistensi terhadap pembangunan adalah bentuk respon masyarakat. begitu pula dengan hadirnya proyek pengerukan Sungai Poso yang dilakukan oleh PT. Poso Energy yang memicu munculnya resistensi masyarakat lokal di Kota Tentena. resistensi tersebut dilakukan oleh organisasi masyarakat lokal melalui aksi gerakan perlawananyang tergabung dalam Aliansi Penjaga Danau Poso secara kolektif. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab munculnya resistensi. metode penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. pengumpulan data secara observasi non partisipatoris, wawancara dan dokumentasi. teori yang digunakan adalah teori gerakan sosial Charles Tilly. dan teori perlawanan James Scott. teknis analisis data yaitu yang dugunakan adalah melalui analisis kualitatif, interpretasi data yang yang dilakuakan dengan pengumpulan data dan mengungkapkan esesnis makna data secara objektif. berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian ditemukan beberapa kesimpulan yaitu resistensi yang dilakukan oleh Aliansi Penjaga Danau Poso disebabkan oleh tuntutan tekanan sosial ekonomi, ketidakpuasan dan kesenjangan antara keinginan dan kenyataan. fakta empiris di lapangan dengan adanya perbedaan kepentingan individu dan kelompok.

resistance to development is a form community respnse to development. like wise with the presence of the poso river dredgingproject carried out by the company PT. Poso Energy which triggered the emergence of resistance from local community organizations in tentena city. this resistance was carried out by local community organizations throught the action of the resistance movement that are members of the Poso lake guard aliance and colectif. this study aims to determine the factors causing the resistance of local community organizations and the collectif resistance the research method used is descriptive qualitative. data collection was carried out using non participatory obsvervation method, interviews and documentation. the theory used is the social movement theory of Charles Tlly and theory of resistance, James Scott. the data analysis technique used is throught qualitative analyisis anda data interpetation by collecting data, and obejetctively revealing the essence of the meaning contained in the data. based on the results of the research findings, several conclusion were found the resistance carried out the poso lake guardian aliance was caused by socio economic pressure and demand. dissastifaction or groups between desiresprocess. from the empirical facts on the ground due defferences in demands with the existence of individual and group interest.
