Residu Glyphosate di dalam daun bayam duri (Amaranthus spinosus L.) yang disemprotkan pada umur tanaman yang berbeda

2002 | Tesis | S2 BiologiPenelitian ini berhjuan untuk mengetahui kadar residu glyphosate di dalam daun A @nosus yang disemprotkan pada umur tanaman yang berbeda Juga untuk mengetahui persentase Morosis sebagai efek glyphosate pada daun R spinosus padaumur tanaman yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola faktorial dengan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan umur tanaman dalam 3 taraf'yaitu: umur tanaman satu minggu, 2 minggu dan 3 minggu; sedangkan aplikasi glyphosate dalam 4 tadyaitu: 0 ppm (kontrol), 20 ppm, 40 ppm dan 60 ppm Parameter meliputi residu glyphosate, persmtase Morosis, tinggi tanaman, berat basah dan berat kering dam, batang dan akar. Data dianalisis deqgsn Anava dan dilanjutkan dengan DMRT. Hasil penelitiau menunjukkan bahwa kadar residu glyphosate di dalam daun A. pinosus berbeda-beda pada umur tanaman yang berbeda Kadar residu tertinggi pada perlakuan umur tanaman 3 minggu dan aplikasi glyphosate 20 ppm. Persentase klorosis berbeda pads umur tanaman yamg berbeda Klorosis mempengaruhi pertumbuhan R pinosus yang tercermin pada tinggi tanaman, berat kering daun, batang dan akar.
The study was aimed to know the glyphosate residues in the A. spinosus leaves which were sprayed t different age of plants, also to know the effects glyphosate application on chlorosis of the leaves at different age of plants. The experiment were carried out using factorial completely randomized design with 5 replicates. The first factor was age of plants consist of three levels i.e.: one week, two weeks and three weeks. The second firdor was concentration of glyphosate aplicdion consist of four levels i.e.: 0 ppm (control), 20 pprn, 40 ppm and 60 ppm. The parametem analyzed in this study were residues of glyphosate in the leaves, the percentage of leafchlorosis, plant height, leaves, stems, and roots hsh and dry weight. The data were analyzed using Anova and continued with DMRT. The results indicated that glyphosate residues and chlorosis percentage in the leaves of A. spinosus were different according to the age of plants. The highest content of glyphosate residues was found on plants of three weeks old and sprayed with 20 ppm glyphosate. Chlorosis iduenced the growth of A. spinosus as indicated by reduction of plant height and leaves, stems and roots dry weight
